Awesome passionate rendition of one of my fav songs! But what is the message this old hymn sends? I was listening to a Pod cast this afternoon from the church I used to attend. Pastor used this great hymn to illustrate what he feels is a great misunderstanding within many other churches today. Pastor vividly described the Apostle Peter hanging upside down on a cross. He then sang a lyric from that hymn “Every day is sweeter Peter-- than the day before you accepted Jesus”
