These are just perfect. I did add more flour (humidity, flour type, who ever knows with flour) to achieve the proper consistancy and added a touch more cinnamon (personal preference). The potatoes do make them so fluffy and soft. I've tried numerous other recipies but this will be my go to anytime I'm craving cinnamon rolls. Thank you so much Thomas and Martha.

I have made a lot of cinnamon rolls and this recipe is by far my favorite! I titled it "Best Cinnamon Rolls" in my recipe book. They are a bit of work - honestly, what homemade cinnamon rolls aren't - but SO worth it. The cream cheese in the glaze gives it a little tang that is a nice offset to the sweet roll. Cooking to a specific temp is genius. They came out perfect. We like lots of glaze, so I actually doubled the glaze. I can't image why anyone would dislike this video or recipe. It is delish. On a side note: I love, love, love your videos, Thomas Joseph. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for sharing, I've been making cinnamon rolls for years (decades??) and still picked up a few things. If I may offer, I like to add to the bottom of the pan a little cinnamon/sugar mixture with just enough melted butter to wet it. The inside of the rolls just never seem to to have enough cinnamon for my taste and this adds just a little more to it. Really good without it though.

What about instant potato?
@lakliams5 жыл бұрын
It will, I have always used that in bread making because of the fluffiness and keeping bread softer longer, you only need about 1/4 cup for this much flour, it's a long drive for me to get it, this is a great idea because I never thought how I could use a potato instead, and shorter drive.
