I would love to see you make a tortilla espanola/de patatas. It only uses a few ingredients and is very tasty, but most videos are lacking in what cues and heat you are supposed to be using and the technique.

My go-to spice blend is ras al hanout. Goes on everything! Except, maybe ice cream.

Great video!! I love #kitchenconundrums!! I actually do have a recent conundrum I made a cake and it came out very dense. I'm gluten free so it might have been the flour blend I used. But i would love some baking tips! Thanks #kitchenconundrums!

*flavor of salt* can we stop with this meme. Go watch Chef John's guide to salt. Just make sure your salt is iodized if you don't want a goiter. Otherwise, buy the cheapest salt you can buy.

He seasoned one side of the chicken, turned it with his hand and then used the same hand to go back into the rub! Great recipe but kinda gross handling
@Yugoarang4 жыл бұрын
he seasoned it with his right hand, switched hands (left hand) to turn the breasts over and then switched hands again to season the other side. but yes the cut let it looks like he used the same hand.

@@Yugoarang Good catch! At first I thought he cross contaminated as well. Even experts slip up sometimes you know?
@waikelehawaii44094 жыл бұрын
You are correct about contamination, but it was earlier, when he started to make the second rub without washing his hands after touching the raw steak.
