I have a Genie SP 99 Garage Door. It doesn’t have a program button or program switch. How do I get a Garage Opener to work? It has a button inside the garage that works.

45 minutes later and I cannot get mine to program to my Linear LD033... what am I doing wrong? My remote does not light up at all when I press the button on the left ... I tried it using the button on the right, which flashes but turns off. It never stays on after I press the button while in learn mode (like in the video). It turns off my garage opener light and when I press either button I see the learn light flash but still no door movement ... uuggghhh

Your battery is dead on the remote. You need to change the battery. Mine was the same way until I changed the battery. Sorry I know it’s been a year but hopefully it still helps someone
