Took your advice on this video headed south this morning to Delacroix and caught the rusty bottom males. Stayed for about 3 hours caught over 4 dozen. Thanks for the tip

Get you a No. 3 tub and a plastic lug. Drop those ring nets in the number three tub so your crabs don't get away and then you can pick them easy in the tub. The lugs work good to hold them so you don't have to keep carrying all your crabs and have that chance of accidentally tipping that hamper over. Just trying to give some tips. Plus I'd get a good pair of stainless tongs.

Great video! I grew up here on The Gulf, here in Mobile, Alabama. It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of going crabbing. One of the last times I did though, I caught so many blue crabs, I had to stop by Home Depot to buy a new freezer before going home! Literally several hundred of them. Gotta get back out there soon. It's so liberating! Thanks for the video fellas.

You are becoming a local Celebrity they were talking about you on the pier last Sunday! My brother said he knows your people and then several people were talking about your videos it was a nice time on that pier. P.S we cough over 200 crabs and kept about 5 dozen. If you have children it is a great place to introduce them to the outdoors its clean and nice bathrooms. As always great video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🐟🦀

If you catch a female that has already had eggs you are better off to keep her then I'm immature male because females only lay egg was once. The males are more important. Unless the females are in the shape of v.. which means they have not laid eggs and females taste better sometimes trust me. I do it commercially
