I’d say the character that Fire thinks is Nightshade is actually Kup. Nightshade’s head design splays out more with sharper angles. The head design on this character is more squared and nowhere near as prominent looking as Nightshade’s head, but it looks to be a near perfect fit for Kup’s head design. But regardless, this character is undoubtedly going to be one of those blink and you’ll miss it cameos; nobody that’s going to have any actual bearing as a main/prominent character in the film.

they just throwing every bot in there as cameros. well, all the boys that get excited because of a name drop will be in heaven. Ill be dissecting this thing in my head. But I get it that they want a new timeline. I have decided to write a script working with G1 to the best of my abilities and bringing in other franchise but I want it to go along with G1. IDW added some interesting iideas but so much can't fit with G1. So many things happened 4 million years ago. Quinteesson had Cybertron 12 million years ago and the revolt was 11 million years ago. I wrote my own creation story and timeline. and hearing this is entirely a new timeline, hey I get it. but Hasboro made the story so inconsistent and all over the place to begin with. They want a clean slate now and disregarding everything else. But again. I get it.
