Something that I'm still surprised game freak hasn't done (and would benefit galarian articuno) is a special dragon dance. Like we see so many special attackers that need a little bit of speed and need to set up some power. A fairy version of dragon dance that raised the special attack and speed would be awesome. Like one of the reasons volcarona is so strong is because it has quiver dance

They also seem to have a bias towards Atk effects, we got Flatter which is a SpAtk version of Swagger but it only gives a +1 SpAtk and has lower accuracy, for another there's Skitter Smack a 70 Power Bug Move with 90 Accuracy that lowers SpAtk by 1 compared to the Atk lowering variant in Lunge which is just better in every way for no reason (10 more Power, 10 more Accuracy, even 5 more PP!) even the Speed lowering variant has 100 Accuracy. There's a handful of other things like this but you get the point...
