Alot to consider; a CEO once told me you should always have some, go to hell money. So when you tell your Boss to go to Hell you have enough money set aside to pay your bills until you find another engagement. Are relationships any different ?

Relationships come with ups and downs. First actively sit with your partner to discuss if there is a problem. Then go to relationship therapy to fix those problems. Dont just walk away.
