Loved this season. My favourite so far. It felt more emotionally layered, complex and mature in showing their relationship and I liked the other elements. Colin’s final declaration of love was just beautiful and I like Penelope stepping in to the light in front of them all. It seems it’s Benedict next. As well as the clues other have mentioned, the last LW voiceover lingered on him as it said it was time to look to the future, so I look forward to seeing Luke Thompson get to show what a brilliant acting range he has next season.

I enjoyed your reaction and your coming to the defense of Benedict's story unfolding as it has in the show. Luke's portrayal of Benedict, from season 1, has carried a sexually fluid energy. That this has finally come to fruition in season 3 seems a natural development to me.

@@TrophyReacts -- It is interesting to notice how few people watch a show and allow it to be what it is versus what they'd prefer it to be. There's one segment of the audience, those who've read the books, who appear to watch the series and regardless of what the writers and actors are conveying, those audience members are hell bent on bending the plots and characterizations to align with the details of the books, then they're bent out of shape when the conclusions do not align with their expectations. There's another segment made up of those who are incapable of picking up on nuances. Drawing inferences from the obvious and subtle details provided just isn't in the cards for them and so they're perpetually shocked and often perturbed when something that has been carefully and nimbly constructed, from the beginning of a series, is finally brought fully into the light. Honestly, I don't know how any belonging to these segments can tolerate their own company.

While I agree with you just like Colin he had a 3 sum with 2 women so I didn't right away put him in that box. Him being open-minded towards the 2 men ok I said maybe he's just curious and in support not necessarily wanting to jump in. Now his art 🎨 I also didn't want to assume. Just because he's up for an orgy and artist and an ally doesn't mean he's necessarily queer 🤷‍♀️. If you see it differently I'm open to hearing your side. It's like Eloise people want the woman who is for women rights to automatically be the queer character I'm kinda glad they're going with Fran.

@@retrorach8533 -- I could give you a list of all the instances that led me to feel that Benedict is queer, but as it stands, now, I don't feel the need to justify this. Needless to say, he has, to me. If he hasn't to you, then our perception of fictional characterizations differ. There are worse things, yes? As long as you aren't one of those individuals who are screeching stridently about his ménage à trois with a man and a woman, where he most definitely fancied both equally, then there's no issue. Regarding Eloise, I've never fancied her with women or perceived her to be queer in any way. If she were, I'd be perfectly content with that development. That she isn't, I'm also perfectly content with.

Non-book readers do not yet know how long the marriage lasts. it could be a few short months, could be a few years, could be decades. * "Benedict though meets his great love at the Masquerade party, so he's def s04." Unless this detail has been spoiled by others who are carelessly or gleefully inconsiderate, non-book readers would have no clue about this detail. They'd simply be waiting for when/where/who.

In the books Michaela Sterling is Michael Sterling, so it's gender bend (And he was Francesca's love interest). Plus in the books Benedict meets his love interest at a masquerade ball (which he mentions in his last scene with Eloise). So really it could be either or. I think it will be Benedict though.

I am pretty sure it is benedicts next season...they hitted that when Elois talked about the coming marsket ball.. Which is very important in the book about Benedict meeting his love interesse. They just put michela sterling in there for the LGB community..spoiler in Francesa´s book John has a cousin named Michael Sterling...and he has a great big part in Francesa´s story...but they changed him to become a woman now Michela Stearling...I think they will do Benedict, then Elois, then Francesa and then we will just see if it is Gerogry or hyciant they take after that There is a book for all the 8 siblings of brigderton. so if netflix allows it...there will be 8 seasons in all

I find this the best season yet despite its shortcomings. No other season has had as many twists and turns, or as much character growth. Eloise, Pen, Colin, Lady Danbury, Violet, the Featheringtons... they are all in very different places at the end of the season. Benedict, too, of course, but I am too salty about him stealing so many scenes to put him in the same sentence lol

Benedict had a threesome in season one with the artist's wife and Mme. Delacroix and had a relationship with Delacroix for a while after that. He and the artist, who was in a committed relationship with a man (marriage was for convenience) discussed the difficulties with being gay since it was illegal (something they failed to change in universe). So a lot of people thought they would do something with it eventually.

I don't think BRIDGERTON will be waiting 8 years to bring the 2 youngest out into the ton. I think we've only got 4 more years yet, Ben and elly get married , and he and Greg get married in the final season, with maybe a special reunion with Mrs V bridgerton getting married at Kate and ants country estate,with the whole bridgerton family and friends there to be witnesses to her 2nd marriage. 👋💕🇦🇺
