In this video, Adam and Cam Sisk cover why everyone needs this golf shot, the knockdown. The knockdown shot covers several different purposes. First it is a perfect shot to pull out when the wind is gusting and you need to keep it flighted. Second, by doing this shot before a range session or round, it teaches you how to stay connected with a big body turn and short arm swing. Lastly, if the round isn't going your way and the shot is offline, use this shot to guarantee a straighter, connected shot!

I love your teaching style. You throw in a gazillion words that require active listening skills when needed. But it’s not gibberish. Each word has value. What I like most is that you are always focused on proper technique instead of talking ad nauseam about what NOT to do. This video by contrast is just a feel good watch a perfect swing inspiration. In regards to Cam's grip, would you say he has a weak left hand, and neutral to strong right hand? I have been expirimenting with a grip like this to stop losing my shot to the left.

Funny, due to my age and flexibility, that is my full shot. LOL. Probably a bit shorter. Only carry 9i 120-128

Great video, but I’m struggling. I feel like a robot trying to hit every position. I feel super tight because of it, can’t get club head speed. I started holding my breath on each shot due to complete focus on make every body position. Any thoughts on how to breath , how to stay loosen up and stay relaxed.?

Focus on one thing at a time. Overloading your brain with swing thoughts is always going to lead to tension. Practice swings at a slower swing speed until you're hitting your spots, it's very difficult to make swing changes at full speed. Take the tension out of your arms and use your core's tension to move the big muscles in your body. Really focus on feeling like your clubhead is moving the fastest after you make contact. Try to hear that whoosh as you extend towards the target after impact. Tension, especially in your hands and arms, is a club speed killer.

Very weak left hand grip, which all bowed wrist players have.

i noticed that as well. watched it a second time and kept thinking Gosh that left hand seems to be in a "weaker" than normal position. He makes it work for sure but have to wonder about that in a general sense.

@danielbaker781 very difficult to have a bowed wrist match up with a strong grip. It tents to lead to too much of a shut face. Brooks comes close to a neutral, strongish grip, but the others have weaker grips.
