Few observations while I was in Point Noire for work purpose : Normally the Employer confiscate the employee's passport which is technically illegal as per Minstry Of Manpower and Passport Act . Mostly the Indians are from Rajasthan , Ajmer and from Sindhi community . The employees are there for 2/3 years contract during which they can't come back to India . The employers bring manpower from India at cheaper rate and mostly they get exploited but they can't say anything because they are compelled to do so because of several burdens and responsibilities at their home town and employer take advantage of the same .

Congo is not too dangerius. As a black african, I am not worried about your security when you travel there but I would be worried if you were to visit islam dominated countries such as Chad, Niger, Mauritania
