How do you only have 424 subscribers? That was the easiest and most pleasant video I've ever seen about minecraft. Most people prefer to yabber on about random things, learn how to play a mod on video (my pet peeve when I'm looking for spotlights for specific mods) or move their cursor around erratically and shake the screen when showing something. You have none of these traits, please continue what you're doing i think you do great :)

Does the block underneath effect your beacon? I mean if you have a netherite beacon its better than a diamond beacon?

Great Video man! My friends always consider me a minecraft pro but to be honest ive never understood how a beacon works lol. Ive defeated the wither 3 times in my hardcore world but never thought to make a beacon. So sad that i died to a wolf :(.

Question: For a mega beacon, what is the point of getting just regeneration on the sixth beacon? You already get regeneration as a secondary effect from the other beacons, so why would you even want a sixth?

because when you choose a power-up you can choose to get the power-up as a tier 2 instead of regeneration so you have 5 beacons with their respective tier 2 power-up and then a 6th beacon with regen 2

No the type of fuel or building blocks doesn't matter. Just the size of the pyramid and number of beacons effect the power

what is the max level haste from the mega beacon? i built a 4 layer pyramid and the haste II i get from it is a bit underwhelming

Did you click on the haste icon on the right side of the beacon menu? Thats haste 2 the icon. and on the left is haste 1!

Think I've got it figured out. Haste 2 is the max level correct? Looks like stone and deepslate are just slower to mine. Guess I took a long break and didn't realize the beacon got a bit of a nerf. No insta mining deepslate. Works great on the tiny bit of tuff and other blocks I run into

It worked the first time so I know I don't have the be skeptical, I could have settled for 2 beacons but got confused and then greedy... so basically it failed and I lost them, ignoring the warning ringing in my head to save, lost my stuff and now I can't get ot to work again, either giving me more or taking away it's just got my inventory the same and the cobble isn't broken, I mean I'll keep trying but SAVE YOUR WORLD lol. keep one at your main base so you always have the upper hand there and youll be able to get around your base faster , also bring one to any big mining projects and use the haste 2 buff for super fast mining!

You can do 2 level 1 powers or 1 level 2 powers you probably are trying to activate a level 2 power, thats just a guess though

Nope! you can use any of the blocks listed for the pyramid: iron, gold, emerald, diamond and netherite!

Why do you need an unobstructed view for the Beacon?

The beacon beam needs an unobstructed view of the sky or bedrock in the nether ,probably due to some minecraft magic

@@dylanwestcott7744 Yes! you can turn on show coordinates in the options then build your beacon then write down the coordinates , then go to the surface and dig down.. you can drink a fire protection and slow fall potion so you don't fall or burn in lava while digging down!

No, the effects are exactly the same no matter what and how many of that resource you put in the beacon to power it.
