Hey Tara, I really resonated with the start of this video, I tend to slip into periods of seasonal depression this time of the year so I understand the resistance towards the seasons changing. Ive always just accepted the fact fact that I'm a summer girl and in the winter I shall suffer but I think youre right, I shouldn't feel as much apprehension towards something so natural and that overall I have no control over. Ive really enjoyed watching your videos over the past few months, you returned to Ireland at the same time as I left Ireland to return to Poland so I have been on a very similar journey at the same time as you, still finding myself and my place somewhere that feels completely foreign to me (I had lived in Ireland for over 15years) I'm very very new to any spiritual practices, I always considered myself an atheist and while I don't think I'll change my religious beliefs, I have become more interested in spirituality this year. I've been practicing a lot of yoga and listening to spiritual girls like yourself is inspiring me to keep exploring it. I think life would be too bleak if there was no magic in it, so I'm choosing to keep an open mind and have been practicing meditation and journaling more.
