You keep doing this thing where I think your rereleasing old videos that just never reached my feed (such as this video). I just do not know what caused the separation of time between to be so great. I cannot wait for more of this gem. Its like adventure time if it was not treated as a joke. I mean the art style not the story... story makes me think GoT honestly but with less overbearing incest scenes. Such a weird combo of things it makes me think of... its great. Arguably one of the best set of antagonists from anything.

After watching, I have more to say! Your appreciation for the animation aspect of what you watch is so refreshing. I love that you pay such close attention to the amount of work and skill it takes to do even simple shots, like characters not running in place. I've watched Ranking of Kings like 50 times at this point and I still manage to tear up or cry at the heavy emotional hitters. I'm glad you did too! And I'm so happy you enjoyed and understood the themes of the ending. A lot of people complained about how this season ended but I think it's very well done, and a great set up to part 2 of the series (which I think is even better than part 1).

Only other anime that made me cry that much is 86. Ranking of Kings should get public viewings at museums, that is a generational masterpiece of ART. Boji is BEST BOI OF BEST BOIS, Kage is the friend we all wish we could have, and Queen Hilling is... Holy molly, she's a MILM- Mother I'd like to marry

Yea, the main thing that is interesting in Ranking of Kings is that there is no side characters. Each has a past and a reason to be how they are and it wonderfully leaves it confusing at first so you kinda hate them but then... oh, I guess that makes sense. I need a real second season of it.
