That is hilarious that you said the granny square had one of your hairs. I have 4 Chihuahuas and 3 cats and 4 humans living in my house and I am constantly finding hairs in my crochet 😭🧶😂😅😂😊. Anyone else have that issue? ❤️

My cat contributes her hair to projects regularly, it's her way of making things softer and warmer, and sending a little bit of herself with you wherever you go. It's like mohair, but cat hair instead. 😊

I've gone through all you numbers, of the 12 things you made this summer, but I can find 11. I know I have PTSD, ADHD, CSA, DV, IPDV, & I'm eccentric with afterburners on, flying by the seat of my pants(my hubby says), 67 yrs old, had a stroke, been in a coma, & I could go on for days, but my point is, I know how to count to 12. I've started a drunken granny, and stuck it in a box somewhere. It's one of my WIPs. I'm also working on a 2023 Temperature Blanket, and that won't be finished until January next year. I finished a few baby blankets for friends, and started a huge granny square blanket made of different shades of blue, and a stash buster pillow case, and about 15 other WIPs. . Everytime I see a new pattern I start something new...Im a crochetaholic and need help!! LoL. "Who doesn't want to wear a cape?" I think I need to make that coverup in my football teams colours so I can wear it as a cape at the games next year. Great idea!

Everything you made is beautiful. My favs would be the circle blanket and the cover up.I have only made one thing this summer which is a Red hooded coat for my Great Grand-daughter Scarlett. I have tried it on her and she looks adorable in it . At I year of age the end of October she will definitely turn heads as she enters at Christmas get togethers this year. First on my wish list are the gorgeous gorgeous "wall paper" frankly circles blanket and the BloomScape flower blanket - Oh, those are two beautiful pieces of work!!🤩🤩🤩 Next is the pretty beach cover-up. In third place are the granny squares, and the bauble cover - they are all super cute. Those lovely wash cloths are on my to-do list for sure. Love all the shawls and the drunken granny scarf too but I live in a warm climate year round, so I don't use them unless I travel to a country where there's cool weather. Maybe I can try doing those with cotton yarn🤔 My projects this summer - 2 bucket hats, 2 pairs of socks, 1 granny stitch top that I'm still working on, all crocheted from mercerized cotton.🌹🌹
