This “stuff”? Oh, okay. I see. You think this has nothing to do with you. You go to your closet and you select out, oh I don’t know, that lumpy blue sports bra, for instance, because you’re trying to tell the world that you take yourself too seriously to care about what you put on your back. But what you don’t know is that that sports bra is not just blue, it’s not turquoise, it’s not lapis, it’s actually CERULEAN. I used to struggle so much with my skin and would do a deep cleanse in the morning. I stopped and just splashed my face with water instead and my skin was SAVED! Cleansing in the morning is ooooverrated!

Over cleansing strips your skin’s acid mantle and leaves it open to sun exposure and pigmentation. I learnt the hard way. Until I went to my mum’s aesthetician. My mum is 70 and her skin is amazing!

Love the pony tips! Here are two tips I will add that help my flyaways: 1. Once you apply some pomade into your hand, smack/clap your hand together prior to applying to the hair. This creates some kinda elastic magic. 2. Use a boars hair brush for smoothing out once you apply your pomade and hairspray.

Hi Allana, I actually have that issue as well where I have a really tight masseter muscle (I think that’s what it’s called), and it’s very very uncomfortable. My doctor told me that a small injection of Botox to these jaw muscles takes that away because it relaxes them and doesn’t allow them to tighten. I tried it once and it has been such a fantastic relief! Especially if you’re the type to clench your teeth. Do some reason on it, there’s a lot of research on it! And on the plus side, it won’t make your face stiffer because the injection is being made deeper in the muscle than regular Botox injections.

The first thing I do when looking a sports bras and crop tops is check the elastic at the rib cage - so many are way too small for my big rib cage and super thick and strong... like my ribs don't need all that pressure!

for your jaw, maybe a clear soft night mouth hairs would help if your grinding your teeth or clenching your jaw unknowingly at night. just something that has worked for me. You can get one made at your dentist or walmart has them and you do the mold yourself. Iv done both it’s pretty easy. I obviously prefer the dentist one but both do the job similarly

I clench my jaw a lot so what I used to help because I would wake up crying because of how bad I would clench so hard my jaw always felt so sore and tight so I bought the gua sha tool from Sephora from Mount Lai and run it along my jaw line and OMG It was amazingggggggggg I’ve never had pain that bad again and I used the gua sha here and there as needed. Hope you see this and it helps! 💙 P.S it feels like a deep massage for the face and actually gets in there and not just barely makes it feel better.
