Man I gotta say while there are plenty of tuts out there for these, that none of them can compete with the level of explanation you give! It's detailed in terms of specifics but sooo concise, so not to bloat or overload. Like some peeps will make a 20min tut on one stall and the viewer's info absorption rate flatlines. But this is so damn on point. "BAM do this, not that. Ya golden." I didn't really have ramps anywhere growing up, so while I can do a million things switch, my transition confidence is weak as hell. This has really helped me get more comfortable and fix alot of issues I had with stuff I could already do, as well as plenty that I couldn't. Some real gems in here!

Thank you Mitchie for these videos. I've followed some other pros for years and no one breaks down the critical tips the way you do. What you're doing is perfect. Seriously, these are by far the greatest skate tutorial videos from the premier, legendary, world-renowned pro, who has as much of a talent for coaching as being the first ever to deliver the world's NBD Big Air 1260, in the X-Games. There's absolutely nothing out there that comes close your talent for teaching. I'm just thinking how many people, who take the time really study your videos, you'll save from painful injuries. I wish I knew 1/1000th of what you've taught me, when I started. SERIOUSLY, THANK YOU!

This is a proper tutorial from a pro who knows what hes talking about, Mitchie has learned from the best, just knowing the truck placements and where your shoulders and hips should be at , i started skating in 98 and was never into transitions always scared to touch copping with my trucks, now as im older all i skate is mini ramp these past years, and just this past year watching your tutorials is correcting alot of mistakes ive been making and all i would do is practice my flip tricks in transtion, now this gives me the confidence to blend it all, Thank you and keep thrashin

If I had this 10 years ago I would have gone sooo much further with my skating. You are probably one of the only skaters that are aware that your hip position actually matters. I surely haven't been up to this tutorial. It's always "lead with your shoulders" which is true but your tip on back d's tremendously helped with my fs boardslides on rails. Something just clicked at today's session and it just needed someone to tell me to be diligent about standing on the ground correctly with my hip facing forward. These videos help with progressing so much. Thank you!

I’ve been doing rock to fakies like the “bad” way for a bit now, where I don’t get halfway up. Watched the rock fakie portion and immediately went to the park, did them perfectly first try. I’m still a fairly new skater, only starting in January of this year and I feel like I’ve progressed so much from watching this channel. My 50-50’s are still a little too far inside the ramp, almost like a slash grind. But I’m slowly getting there :))

Thank you very much, sensei! I wish I had a teacher like you back then to learn in a properly way and go much farther than I did. Even now, some tricks you show up here, which I could do back then (and I still can), I can improve, due to your deep skateboarding knowledge and good will to share. I start to skate at my 11 (year 2000) in a place which doesn't had 1 living soul skating at the time, and I found out too hard to develop, even to find out how to ollie. However with some written tips and a lot attempts (meaning a lot lot lot) I could do ollies, 180 fs, 180 bs (not clean), bs pop shove it, kickflip, heelflip, even treflips. Also some basic grinds (50, 5-0, nosegrind). Thank you very much for your help to people and to skateboarding!
