I would love to see a video with one garment made up in several fabrics. All of them would be good choices, but we could see differences in the type of fabric. It is often difficult to find the fabric that will make up in the way I want it to look. Thanks.

I use the Seamwork planner on my iPad. 😊 I really love taking the time to think it through and match patterns and fabric with my inspo pins.

I just got an iPad and don’t know what it’s potential is, lol. Is there an app you use to use the Seamwork Planner?

This is so fun! you gals through the podcast have really helped me narrow down my focus in garment sewing! I love your podcast and am always left wishing I was sitting there with you to join in the conversation! I definetly create a plan but so far just in my head or scratch paper! But I want to try and get organized like this! So inspiring! My goals this season are a woven lined pencil skirt in white and blue check iv had in my stash for years!, a remake of a TNT pattern in a chambray that I actually want to take some time making embroidered covered buttons for (really excited for this project!) and then a knit summer maxi dress- and finishing up a couple WIPS! We'll see what all gets accomplished! Really fun though to take the time to think through the process and come up with a plan!

Yes I have started thinking about spring. With my oldest graduating high school, I have a slew of big events and a trip! I got so much out of this process in the fall so I’m excited to start again. Since winter is less busy than September, I hope to get more sewing done. My biggest challenge last time was moving from identifying styles and looks I really like to clothes that actually flatter me. I’d love to see some lessons on how to pick flattering shapes and silhouettes!

I have started planning my Spring projects with the Seamworks' planner. I have an inspiration Pintrest board, but I don't think I will print out the pictures. Instead I am using Seamworks patterns (plus one Big 4) and fabric to be my inspiration. I am filling out the rest of the planner and the projects sheets to keep me focused. Blue with white is my color choice this Spring with accents of pink and sage. Thanks, Sarai.
