Oh god, I'm in love. Not just with her, but her attitude about food. She understands that food is for nourishment but also enjoyment and allows herself to have some good quality bread. As long as one eats an abundance of fruits, vegetables, and healthy proteins, eating a little bread is not a big deal and brings joy, which is more important that being on a super strict, stressful, regimented diet.

It's not food that makes her beautiful, because she has a lot of wrinkles for her age. What makes her attractive is her attitude, her posture, her smile, her energy, her firm voice, her way of dressing, her hair and the way she wears it and of course her whitened teeth. Some things can be copied, others not, like thick hair, beautiful facial features and grace. But every woman can make the best of herself, of her own features and way of being. This is an art and needs effort. And when it comes to food, better eat what you really like, whatever is is, but in moderation. Happy aging everyone.

I went after reading your comment and it was not that "horrifying" she eats couscous with spinach tomatoes and celery sure I don't care for the mayo and spices she added but still then she said she eats veggie burritos so no problem there. She had bad eating habits when she was touring but that's not unusual for musicians it's not like she said she was drinking a quart of vodka a day or anything.

Actually, The two have Never met. Maye has also yet to see Grimes's new son in person due to the pandemic.The closest they have gotten is Maye making and commenting to Instagram posts. Grimes doesn't seem to initiate or respond much, if anything back. Considering Grimes Has been Pro Anna and has gone on record stating that being pregnant was the first time she has actually had 2-3 meals every day: I doubt that she and Maye would get along or see eye to eye. I don't really think that Grimes is involved with Elon's extended family; at least not yet.

This is a tried and true method. I make my own whole grain bread that is so delicious (PS I've been dieting ie watching my weight go up and down for 50 years) and doesn't put weight on. I don't have the butter, but I have natural peanut butter with fruit on top - never jam. I love salads too with homemade dressing. There are all sorts. Fish and veggies for dinner - a big plate full of veggies and palm sized piece of baked fish, salmon usually. There are so many easy delicious recipes online these days. Oh, and I'll drink when with friends, but only 2 glasses of wine at a time. The thing that really changed my weight, I swear was finding something I was passionate about that made me forget about eating all the time! Not so good in the looks department, but I do the best I can. I would love to see her (simple)make-up routine. Thanks for sharing Ms Musk!

Wow, a woman after my own heart. I only eat whole food, plant based and I do love my organic whole grain seed bread. I use a bit of real butter in cooking as well. Real food with all the natural fiber is going to keep you feeling satisfied for many hours and if you reduce meals to twice a day, five or six hours apart, that leaves many hours a day that your body does not need to digest and can tend to other areas like healing.

Shout out to the Pine Island, New York farm stand, where she's talking about the bean soup! Pine Island has some of the best soil for veggies in the world. If you're in NYC, check out the Hudson Valley farm stands-- growing up in that region has helped me love and appreciate veggies in the yummiest, most wholesome way :) My health and skin are stellar because of it.
