I always just turn into a bottomless pit that vanishes anything that contains even the tiniest traces of chocolate. It is not safe to let me near grocery stores during PMS at all. 😂

I want to share my 100 calorie 17 protien oreo cake recipie (you can double it for breakfast and you can top it with vanilla creami ice cream) Mix in a large microwave safe mug 1 tbsp black cocoa powder (I buy mine on amazon it has to be black for the oreo flavor) 1 tbsp chickpea flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp zevia (I use the stevia erythritol) 2 drop vanilla extract Around 4 tbsp water (you want to mix everything, it's ok if the mix is a little bit runny). The reason to use the water instead of milk is to enhance the chocolate flavor in baking Microwave around 1 min and check, and from there, do 30 seconds. If it needs it, don't overdo or will be dry, but done correctly, it is surprisingly moist. Top with a generous tbsp of the zevia it makes a sugar crust coating on top of the hot cake.
