Love this video… I started fasting until 12 noon about 2-3 years ago. Helps keep my weight normal. Now I want to try this CGM thing.

I've been interested in getting CGM monitor for the last year. Loved your analysis of your findings. Everything was interesting, especially to learn that glucose levels can go up during workouts. I generally work out in a fasted state, so this is good to know!

Totally, at the end of the day all exercise is good exercise and will prob help you regulate sugar in the long run but super interesting ☺️

Great video 😍I'm in Canada and I just bought a FreeStyle Libre 2 to test out on myself - Cost $119 at the local pharmacy - no prescription needed here. I'm just waiting for the patches to come in from Amazon before I put it on - with all the cycling and weight workouts I do I don't want it to come off prematurely. My A1C #'s have steadily been getting higher the last few years and I think it's due to many things. My eating a LOT of carbs being mostly Vegan. Having tea with homemade oat milk several times a day and having a sedentary job. I figured wearing the Libre 2 for a couple of weeks would definitely give me an idea of what is happening and how to correct this before it gets out of hand. I'm pretty sure it's the fact that I'm eating larger portions of carbs than I really need. I also want to explore nighttime lows and see what is happening during my sleep, How my fasted weight workouts affect my glucose and also when I'm on long bike rides - I average 300 km a week. I'm also 60 years old and 3 years into menopause so trying out different HRT to cope with the symptoms.
