I’m Lithuanian, and per capita, you won’t find a nation that generated so many great players. Sabonis Sr. Sabonis Jr. Valenciunas Marčiulionis Ilgauskas Jasikevicius And more and more Not bad for a nation of less than 3m people

He says no egg whites, yet he then says eating eggs for breakfast. I'm not sure if I'm understanding. Other than that, I can appreciate that love for coffee. It makes the day start of just right and let's not lie like we don't enjoy fresh bread in the morning.

You can have egg yolks without the whites, I did that for a while too. The yolks are the tastier and more nutritious part.

He might have gotten a blood test that showed slight inflammation from those foods but yeah it probably is overkill

beef is red meat and not necessary lol. idk not eating red meat is common where I'm from. Mostly chicken and a lot of fish.

it's just the result of his test, some people are more sensitive to certian foods, for you beef is probably fine. You can do the IgG test and find out for yourself.

I developed an allergy to red meat out of nowhere around age 27. So bizarre and frustrating but my stomach basically blows up after eating a steak. Doesn't stop me sometimes though..
