The assets are genuinely a great departure from the cartoonish vanilla stuff, more reminiscent of a content creator pack. They know what we want from assets, it seems! Also, ADORE the giant glass roof plazas 👌 Also, maybe underrated, is the new metros. No more cims trekking up all those escalotors, just to go down another hole to change lines! Also also... the *wall to wall is super lovely* , but does it fill the _'midrise'_ role people have been wanting? I feel it does 😋

Ok so admittedly I've only got time to watch some of the video right now, so apologies if these questions get answered later on! 1. Can these ploppables be plopped in non-specified areas? Like, can I use the swish new mini bus hub on a normal road anywhere? Or the schools, etc? 2. Re: wall-to-wall specialisation - can you mix and match zoning with it? Can you sandwich a few squares of commerical in amongst the residential? That'd be almost legit mixed use! Great showcase as always Egg! Will watch the rest of the vid later on - and check out the Livestream!

OMG I'm so happy I can apply Wall-To-Wall Specialization to non pedestrian districts!!! We really needed nice inner city housing besides the sustainable housing from Green Cities.

Can you BOB off the hideous decals in the plazas and the stupid squirrel on the donut? I really hope so because everything else about those assets is amazing. The props in particular have so many uses outside of what they're designed for. Roof gardens and whatnot, transport stops like you mentioned, it's awesome.

I wish CS would fix the scaling issues in the game. Loving building cities and models in the game but the land area is small for the proper scale. Ready for CS 2 to be honest. Would like more business options too and perhaps a proper Railroad DLC along with a military base DLC perhaps or just a sports (Football, Hockey, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Motorsports, Olympics etc. etc. etc.) DLC and yes i know they have parts of this stuff in the game but a proper DLC would be nice.

I find the service points a bit weird. You could have large pedestrian areas, and then you just have service points at one end of the border, and then goods and trash is just magically being transported immediately between the edge of the zone and the service point? I feel like they should rather have their own cars/trucks that'll only move slowly inside the pedestrian area from the service points. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something about how this feature works?
