Everything Stays - An "Amphibia" Animatic

"Everything stays right where you left it."
Synopsis: Months after Anne's disappearance, her parents still think about her but even after their reunion, they still think about what she's hiding until... the truth revealed.
Remember when I posted something to coincide with this show's S2B premiere. Welp, here's another animatic to coincide with this show's S3A premiere!
Originally, I was going to use a different song and with an entirely different vibe (hint: true colors but e d g y) but I decided to just mellow down on something more peaceful. Besides, the Boonchuy's long-awaited reunion should be something ya'll be excited for!
I might gonna take a break for a while since midterms are coming so ya, enjoy while this lasts!

This was amazing work and the beginning was so sad but so real and seeing her still there was so crazy/Sad and when she arrived home that was heartwarming and the beach,her expression was so horrified when she was in her form and I’m just shocked and the animation show it so well and the expression man it’s just amazing and the last hug was perfect and perfect music choice it was amazing and I love this show so much and can’t wait to see what we got next and hope you and your family have a great day/Stay safe👍🏼⭐️💙🐸🦉😁💙⭐️👍🏼

Wow. Now this was an impressive, simple, lovely little animatic. :) :) Those clips of Mr. and Mrs. Boonchuy walking through the house, with flashes of Anne at different points throughout her life before her disappearance, was pretty effective, and overall the first segment showing the Boonchuys grieving and not knowing what happened to their little girl made me actually kinda crave seeing a story about what happened with the Boonchuys during those five months Anne was missing in Amphibia. That first look at Anne on the beach with her hands tensed and her parents soothing her was pretty good too. :) Also love that sequence of shots between Anne's face and her parents' terrified faces when the frobots showed up. :) Loved the shot of Anne's parents' speechless first reaction to seeing Anne's Calamity form to the point that I kinda wish their canon reaction in the junkyard episode ended up being a bit more like this, and then them embracing her without hesitation. :) :) Heh, I see what you did there with the shooting stars. ;) ;) One constructive criticism I have, the opening would've felt more complete if Marcy was in it with Anne and Sasha. Gotta say, as interested as I'd be to see what this vid sounds like with the 'True Colors' melody, the song you chose fits really well - it sounds nice, and the lyrics fit with Mr. and Mrs. Boonchuy's perspective on Anne's return and also with the show's overall themes about growing up and change. :') Aaand with the 'True Colors' music that played at the end, I think I'm next going to rewatch the 'True Colors' end credits to emotionally sting myself again. :) :)
