damnnn, that hit hard. the ending of the show had me crying more in one day than I have in my entire life, and this made me revisit all the wonderful moments and bittersweet feelings I felt from watching the finale. beautifully done, I felt like this really solidified the entire point/message of the show-- and the way you chose to depict each scene, as well as the song choice, was absolutely perfect.

beilive me i might come back and write a more in depth comment but this is genuinely one of if not the best animatics ive ever seen. the visuals paired with the song (and some sashannarcy content hehe) and the scenes through the first half with them as kids having sleepovers? uyou wrecked me. im done. down on the floor dececed. the shots of them growing up and hanging out and falling asleep in different positions as they get older?? talking and then that shot of them sneaking out to look at the stars? just.. the montages of what we saw in the show with the music ohh my gosh YOU GOT ME. and the cherry on top of the cake was absolutely the ending with them hugging and it showing them as kids hugging. people DIED U KILLED ME. slash positive. this show is genuinely one of my favorite things in the world and this animatic summarizes everything i love about it and its most emotional moments. its so good. made me cry 10/10 just thank u so much for this. its so emotional and beautiful and u did a wonderful job. thank u. will definitely be watching this a bunch.

I just finished amphibia yesterday. I’m ashamed that I missed out on such an incredible show. I wish I could’ve gone back and watch the show back when it was still airing new episodes. This show wriggled its way into my heart, and made me sob like a baby when I watched the finale. And this animatic hammers it home too. This is the best Amphibia animatic I’ve seen. That, that was beautiful. You really captured the emotions of their friendship through the ages. From the happy times with them as kids, to all the drama and important moments in Amphibia, to them finally reuniting at the end. Even after all that time apart their friendship is still as strong as ever. While it was sad that they separated, it was so beautiful when they all came back together. I'd like to believe when they finally reunited it was just like old times but even better.
