There’s so many people who would love to have the right to vote in Puerto Rico, specially since the elections have so many repercussions on our island. And I say that as a puertorrican living on the island. But an offensive military partnership between China and Russia could destabilize the US dollar and replace it with something which would spell economic turmoil for the rest of the world. I don't think this is very likely to happen. But it depends how motivated they are and how willing trump is to intervene in Europe militarily.
