I would say the T-800 is probably the most successful Terminator model. The T-1000 and T-X seemed like human looking machines, but the T-800 had human like learning capability - which made it a tough villain and valuable ally when re-programmed. It's an old standby. Plus it's a tough tank of a Terminator and is terrifying to boot. My money is on the T-800. The movies probably agree, because the T-800 reprogrammed by John Conner beat up the advanced Terminators.

yet it was also labeled as a Terminator killer. It dispatched the T-800, albeit with a bit of difficulty, though thats a given when fighting the T-800 and T-850. It also has the advantage with its built in weapons.

The T-800 DOES need to eat to regenerate skin cells and keep a good blood circulation... it was even depicted in the old comic books, The T-800 ate a chocolate candy bar.

Another thing about "Pops" having issues could be from the age of the unit itself. Prior to being sent back in time it could have been around for awhile in the future before the resistance reprogrammed him.

Pretty sure the Terminators do need to eat to maintain their living tissue, It was in comics and kind of makes sense as eating would be part of having a convincing infiltration. Wouldn't take long before they noticed the big guy not eating.

it is interesting to hear what kind of theories one can imagine trough analysing a movie. Pops actually aged bacause Arnold aged so they needed an excuse to compensate for that. But at the same time it could make sense to theorize about it in terms of the t-800.

Do you think the T-800 had more intelligence than subsequent models? Maybe the machines decided to trade tactical acumen for agression in hopes of better results? Maybe this is why the 800 manages to defeat newer models repeatedly.

The T-800's Neural-Net Processor had the ability to learn ONLY after the Processor was switched from Read Only to Read/Write which required either Skynet to remotely switch it or the Resistance to manually (requires it to be physically removed and switched thenm replaced)switch it. T-800s did have "weaknesses" around the joints if one was lucky enough to hit them and it required several direct hits with small arms weapons or one hit with larger weapons like the .50cal Snipers. Kyle exposed a structural weakness in the 800s Endo, In the Novel, where the Torso connects to the lower portion of the Endo in between the Spine and the Stabilizers (those big Shock Absorbers on the sides) and jammed the Pipe Bomb there (In the movie he just kind of placed it there and it somehow stuck to the 800) which blew it apart.

Coltan (short for columbite-tantalite and known industrially as tantalite) is a dull black metallic ore from which the elements niobium and tantalum are extracted. The niobium-dominant mineral in coltan is columbite (after niobium's original American name, columbium), and the tantalum-dominant mineral is tantalite. Now... Tantalum is a chemical element with symbol Ta and atomic number 73. Previously known as tantalium, its name comes from Tantalus, a villain from Greek mythology.[5] Tantalum is a rare, hard, blue-gray, lustrous transition metal that is highly corrosion-resistant. It is part of the refractory metals group, which are widely used as minor components in alloys. The chemical inertness of tantalum makes it a valuable substance for laboratory equipment and a substitute for platinum. Its main use today is in tantalum capacitors in electronic equipment such as mobile phones, DVD players, video game systems and computers. Tantalum, always together with the chemically similar niobium, occurs in the minerals tantalite, columbite and coltan (a mix of columbite and tantalite). It's melting point is 3290 K (3017 °C, 5463 °F). It's boiling point is 5731 K (5458 °C, 9856 °F). It's heat of fusion is 36.57 kJ/mol. It's heat of vaporization is 753 kJ/mol. The molar heat capacity equals 25.36 J/(mol·K). Where as Titanium is a chemical element with symbol Ti and atomic number 22. It is a lustrous transition metal with a silver color, low density, and high strength. Titanium is resistant to corrosion in sea water, aqua regia, and chlorine. It's melting point is only 1941 K (1668 °C, 3034 °F). Boiling point being 3560 K (3287 °C, 5949 °F). Heat of fusion equaling 14.15 kJ/mol. Heat of vaporization is around

Okay, I'm going to give you some constructive criticism, so know that I'm a fan and that I enjoy your work before I continue. 1) I can plainly tell that English is not your first language, and I have no criticism for this, as you're doing very, very well. There are some grammar and pronunciation issues, but that all gets a pass...you're doing very well with this. 2) You really need to work on controlling your audio levels. You can do this in several ways - get a mic that has level-balancing hardware built-in, use recording software that can impose a hard-limit on the levels that it digitally captures, or doing some post-recording editing that just balances out the levels so they are consistent...the occasional audio spikes, peaks, and clips can negatively affect the viewer experience. 3) This relates more to your other vids than just this one...but I would drop the "character" that you adopt for some of your content...it doesn't work, and seems a little out of place. Give it some time, develop your process, and this may be able to work for you...but you're not there, yet. 4) This is the roughest one...you AbsoLUTEly MUST work on your "uh" "um" "eh" and other such delivery hiccups. This REALLY needs work. It's clear you are working from a script, which is very good, especially given the technical details you are providing. Practice it more before recording. This also may be related to the first-language thing, but you REALLY need to work on it. The amount of stammers and stutters in several of your vids make them ALMOST unwatchable at worst and VERY difficult to understand at least. Another option is to not do a recording all the way through...there's nothing wrong with stopping the recording if you stumble, starting it up again and redelivering it, and then stitching together a perfect delivery using software. That's my constructive criticism -- again, I am a fan and would love to see your channel grow, and don't want to discourage you, but instead suggest tools that could help you succeed. Thanks for the vid, keep up the good work.

It operates beyond our level of how computers work. The entire CPU is the size of a USB, it controls all the functions of the rest of the terminator. In one episode of TSCC, John plugs a terminator CPU into a laptop and it takes it over in a second. Then it tries to access the internet and leak pictures of John so that other terminators will know what he looks like. Beyond that I dont really have a great awnser :(

Here’s a good question, are T-800 endoskeletons capable of shrinking down in height due to age? Going to Terminator Genisys, the young/bad T-800 that Kyle Reese blown all its flesh off was seen to be mad taller than Reese as it stood next to him, and later in the movie seeing Reese stand next to Pops like in the Golden Gate Bridge, Reese looked almost Taller than Pops, idk if maybe the CGI is to blame for the height prob

For some odd reason, ever since I went to the Battle Across Time hosted by Cyberdyne Systems, my interest in the Series 70 (Terminator Prototype) has risen and as far as I know is the only solid appearance anywhere. Presented by Cyberdyne Systems, the Series-70 first appeared to succeed in multiple targeting tests, before a T-800 M101 and T-1000 arrived from the future to disturb the private demonstration in front of thousands of Cyberdyne VIPs, including full families. The series 70 was equipped with a chaingun with under-barrel grenade launcher, at least from what I saw during the tests. Of course, the result of this demonstration caused most if not all attending civilians to be killed from either high-caliber bullets from the reprogrammed T-70's or a massive explosion from the T-800 named "Uncle Bob" destroying Skynet's central core, destroying not only him, but the massive T-1,000,000. I can only assume that the United States military would have stationed these robots in places such as Afghanistan or Iraq, however seeing as the demonstration was a colossal failure resulting in the deaths of several innocent people, this was not the case. Judgment Day, at least in this reality, was once again postponed, it would seem. I managed to get this information from a friend in a work camp before the resistance freed us. (awesome videos by the way. T-800's are awesome)

You're quite welcome, sir! It was noted to be the FIRST bipedal humanoid Terminator. Skynet ended up not using them much for grunt work and instead positioned them as guardians for key Skynet facilities. The evolution of Terminator models is quite interesting - having evolved from the demonstrations of the Series 70, the T-400 was eventually produced during a time of initial testing to mimic human form. T-400's, effectively nicknamed "Clankers" by Resistance fighters for their walking sounds, were still incredibly bulky looking, and extremely primitive compared to later models. When I hacked into their database with some assistance sometime ago, I discovered that the idea was to create a Hunter Killer that had the general size, shape, range of motion and mobility of a human being. The hyper-alloy construction and armor of later series was not perfected during this time, so the 400 Series' construction was made from cheap and not particularly durable materials, that were easy and fast to produce and put into the field. Due to these reasons, Skynet kept producing the 400 Series en masse as expendable soldiers even after newer Humanoid Hunter Killer series were created, such as the T-500 or T-600. The 400 Series served as the main ground-troops shortly after their creation, and some were used as guards at different Skynet installations, factories and internment camps, where human prisoners were held. The T-400 was first conceived in the year 2018. The T-500 unit featured an armored battle chassis that made it more durable than the units of the T-400. The unit also sported enhanced weapons which were synced with an acquisition AI program, making this series a dangerous threat on the battlefield. The design was similar to that of the later T-800 and the much earlier series 70. After this series would be the more known T-600 infiltrator, which you have already covered in another intelligence video. The T-700 was the first generation of T-800, so not much needs be said about that, because it's essentially what we already know. It's all interconnected. I went to great lengths and risked my life several times to bring the resistance this information. God speed, soldiers! Turn these motherfuckers into junk!

The thing about Pops age always annoyed me. In T2 the Terminator states that he can function for 120 with his power cell. With that knowledge one can assume that Skynet would assuredly build the terminators to function and perform optimally for this time. I agree to a point. Remember to factor in possible wear and tear. In a episode of TSCC, Cameron is searching for a terminator who landed in the late 1800s. That terminator set himself in standby mode bihind a brick wall for like 80 years. He did not degrade that much since he was left undisturbed

T-800. I remember him saying in Genisys he was a T-800 seconds after Sarah Connor blasted John Connor with the grenade launcher. She asked him if it was really him and he responded "As a T-800 I lack the.....blah blah blah" I had to look it up also to confirm and yeah he is a T-800. The T-850 was in Rise of The Machines sent back by Kate Brewster to protect her and John Connor.

If it was like Robocop vs a Terminator, in an enclosed room, i chose the Terminator all the way.. in the open, it can also run.. Which Robocop seem to lack the ability. But if there is thinking to do, Robocop will probably surpasses the Terminator as the T-800 has to spend some time doing stuff to learn about it.. But a Terminator who would have lived incognito among the human society for less than a year would surely seem like a wiseman compared to Robocop as OCP's Frankenstein monster is a retarded one ! For the Cyberman... idk ? they look like a prototype of ironman who's been abused when a child..

Smart computers of Skynet make sure that it’s machines are not authorized to communicate to any lifeform, so they stay silent cold killers when they fight in the war, where when they are acting as infiltrators and sent back through time, then they live up to their programming and talk to act like the perfect infiltrator

T-800 in salvation was a prototype and ate grenade blast like candy. A regular T-800 model should most definitely withstand more damage. Including plasma canons. T-850 isn’t that much of a higher upgrade. T-888’s could survive the plasma blast too since the T-850 can.
