Maybe you got a differnt model? Otherwise if it says it's included, I'd recommend reaching out the the place you got it for a replacment

Have you tried turning the speed up? If it's on its lowest setting it's paused. Then one up is the normal speed. And one above that is x2 speed! Good luck!

Hit the Bluetooth button on the remote a few times. If you hear a harp, you have entered white noise. You may need to increase the volume. Using the forward and back buttons, you can cycle through the noises. I just got one for Christmas and it took me a few days to figure it out.

just click the the button that says music on it and if you don’t like a certain type of sound just click on the skip button on top of the w button
