@Louvre DeWitt Bukater Neuilly EnLay the funny thing is if you go back and watch Cinema Sins, Jeremy's sins never actually truly made that much sense most of the time. i watched a live stream where they went back and watched one of Jeremy's old old videos to see if he truly started well before devolving into repeated jokes and "errors" that only seem like errors cause he intentionally pulls them out of context. and when they went back, his Sins were still arbitrary bullshit he was usually sinning for no reason or out of context. its just back then the videos and sins were super short so he shot them off faster than you could think about them. once the youtube algorithm started favoring video length and he started explaining his sins and adding more jokes to stretch out the time it only highlighted how bullshit everything he was saying. He was always just "Cinema Jokes" except now we have enough time to actually hear what he's saying and realize how bad it is lmfao

What's funny is that the film does specifically say that Manta Ray was using Atlantean steal and techonology. The only in the world that can harm other Atlanteans. Referring to the sin of Arrhur trying to not die by being lasered. Also, he didn't remove sins for Aquaman being in that beautiful suit of armor

THIS is what DC - except for Batman - SHOULD BE! Mostly lighthearted and a lot of fun. mostly. Especially Superman. They uber-Boy Scouted Captain America and it works. Can you make a “Jeremy talks about Marvel editing” cliche. He started doing this because of ONE scene in Civil War (Black Panther vs Bucky on the roof) and it is annoying. Jump cut editing in action scenes, when done well, can create a sense of urgency, confusion, and fast pace motion, all present when Marvel uses it.

He doesn't mind control them, he can kinda guide their instincts so he can guide a shark to an area and make it want to attack but can't really control them much more than that. At least that's how it is in the comics.
