as someone who worked on this movie, the original script was much better. They focused on stubbins and dolittle being father and son rather than randoms. theres a lot of things changed due to the producers believing that it wasnt family friendly enough. the accent was changed from british to welsh and was dubbed over a lot of the movie any other questions ill be happy to answer

I’ve seen dozens of these sins videos, and nearly every single one doesn’t have “fake or manipulative sins” . From a narrative standpoint or production standpoint, the sins are there as presented in the videos, but people refuse to pull their head out of their asses to see that. Fanboying over a movie doesn’t make a movie any more perfect or sinless that the next...it’s just the nature of the medium known as film or even storytelling.

Yeah, this movie was wasted pontential. It was supposed to be a lot better, just like the books, it was gonna have charm and a good story, but thanks to executive meddling, they ruined it and added modern slang, cringy dialogue and a farting dragon.

Dragons can fly. The bagpipes came from eating a Scotsman. They are implying that the dragon was terrorizing the British Isles before retreating to this secluded island to nurse their bellyache, not that a Scotsman came to the secret island. The sin should be that since dragons were last "seen" (according to myths) centuries ago, the bagpipe (at least the cloth parts of it) would have disintegrated long ago.
