as someone who worked on this movie, the original script was much better. They focused on stubbins and dolittle being father and son rather than randoms. theres a lot of things changed due to the producers believing that it wasnt family friendly enough. the accent was changed from british to welsh and was dubbed over a lot of the movie any other questions ill be happy to answer

Now I know a lot of people will yell at me for this but please remember this is my opinion. I think that CinemaSins sucks. They manipulate scenes or just lie about the scene they are showing. They are not satire or parody cus they put real sins in with the joke ones. If you want to know why I think this way please go watch Th3Birdman’s CinemaSins videos. If you 100% love CinemaSins then that's fine in my book, we like what we like, but if you are at all on the fence about this channel then please go watch Th3Birdman’s CinemaSins videos. I’ve seen dozens of these sins videos, and nearly every single one doesn’t have “fake or manipulative sins” . From a narrative standpoint or production standpoint, the sins are there as presented in the videos, but people refuse to pull their head out of their asses to see that. Fanboying over a movie doesn’t make a movie any more perfect or sinless that the next...it’s just the nature of the medium known as film or even storytelling.

@@gamerdude4534 You get that the point of satire is to be based and closely resemble what's real right? By mixing it up they are satirizing nitpicky reviewers. They add jokes because they are jokes, and jokes are fine. So hey, it's both. The fact that they include "real sins" (whatever that even means) does not mean it's not funny, comedic, parody, or satire. If I tell you a joke about a guy from New York, the fact New York is a real city does not mean it's not a joke anymore.

@@KhanMann66 They're mistaking "sins" as being movie critiques, which is a terrible way to view it, since they end up comparing him with other people doing an entirely different thing(not to say CS doesn't have legit points to make, they definitely do) I think a better way to view it, is as it's own type of joke, and if you don't like it, it's on likely similar to hearing the same jokes over and over and over and over and over again.

Yeah, this movie was wasted pontential. It was supposed to be a lot better, just like the books, it was gonna have charm and a good story, but thanks to executive meddling, they ruined it and added modern slang, cringy dialogue and a farting dragon.
