Still amazes me that people can't tell he does it on purpose. I was watching the Everything Wrong with one of the Underworld films yesterday and he sins it for the fact that "in all these centuries of vampires and werewolves existing humans had never noticed before", and not even a few minutes later sins it when the main character says "They would have found out about us [vampires] eventually" saying "oh yeah sure they would have found out the things behind a magical door that you need a specific item to open". Adrenaline has enough uses that I'm not surprised at all that Batman has it in his utility belt. Quick jolt of energy? Shocking a heart back into doing it's job? Severe allergic reaction? Scaring aliens with our space-orc awesomeness? Adrenaline does it all!

It also helps counter Fear Toxin to an extent as it overexerts the adrenaline reaction the Toxin is already producing and helps run the body dry faster and thus end the fight/flight reaction sooner. Not advisable on all victims, obviously, but useful for the heroes.

You need to deliver information in an appealing way. Star Wars is one of the only movies I can think of that had lazy exposition while not boring the audience. The text scrawl had excellent music and was short, sweet, and to the point.

You guys don't get it. It wasn't so much that it was just one thing like an adrenaline shot he might have. The batman belt is a meme at this point, that has just about everything for every possible situation for all time. And here, while having adrenaline might be conceivable - even if you are a soldier fighting crime except for specific circumstances - you don't have a readily available syringe of adrenaline on you. What, is batman needing an epi-pen, and always concerned over anyone having anaphylactic shock randomly in such situations all the time? I am sorry, that just is a bit out there. So no, I don't buy that as a "not too far fetched". It is far fetched. It might not be the most far fetched thing, but it definitely is. OF which invites the mockery of the belt. Fighting the one above all for dominion of earth, unexpectedly and out of the blue? Don't fret, Batman already planned for that and has a tool for that in his belt! That is the sort of laughing we get out of the meme at this point.

To be fair, I find most instances of it in movies to be kind of stupid. Even in Pulp fiction. It's dangerous and unnecessary. Yes, even in the 90s the shot of epinephrine to the chest was going out, it simply isn't the best delivery method or thing to do, and that has been the staple for longer than TV or movie directors seem to understand. If some do at all. Could it be done in a rare circumstance (and in ways that still show the movies to be somewhat inaccurate)? Sure, but whether it be to allergic reactions or restarting the heart, it simply is not a thing that even some people even train to do anymore; there are at least another half dozen ways to do it, even some with adrenaline. It's just a garbage thing, and it really isn't practical to anyone anymore. It's terribly dangerous, and not remotely worth it, needed, or anything.
