Just received an order from you guys at the rag company! Thanks for the quick turnaround! I Like these Edgeless towels.. got a bunch of your stickers to slap on my buckets and coffee mugs! Thanks Levi for getting this all out there on KZbin!! I learned something today!

Awesome episode! Great advice about using the towel you like. If I'm hearing you correctly - Don't harp on trying to find out which towel you "need" to buy for a task, but find out which towel you "like" to buy. Just use a quality towel and use it for whatever you like. It may take a little trial and error but that can be part of the fun. Plus, you can never have too many towels, hehe!

I've never been anything but happy with all of the towels that I've purchased. Now with the new products I will need to purchase more. :).

This was very informative. I’m pretty much sold on The Rag Company because of these videos. Any who is engaging their potential customers with no bs education and stands behind what they sell is what helps a person understand why you pay more. More quality & value instead of just name brand hype. You seem like down to earth solid guys. I’ll be ordering soon 🤘🏼

Several years ago, I ordered a variety of towels from the Rag Company and put my hands on several options for auto cleaning. I also picked up some from Amazon and I look for you as the vendor because I know the quality is top level and accurate. I also looked at Amazon basic towels and there is no GSM or any means to identify what you will get and the reviews are questionable indicating low quality.. The Junkman turned me onto your company as a vendor, and the OPT product line. I also use microfiber almost exclusively for home cleaning and janitorial service. The detailing videos also bring your company out of the dark as a supply company.

I only use Pluffles for door jams , wheels etc , Eagles for all else , they simply are that good . Weaves are best used as utility towells instead of cheaper microfiber rags .

Before watching this video I was playing that game to see how much polyester to polyamide there is. I found in harbor freight a "microfiber towel" that is 99/1... 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😂

BTW, I've managed to find 100/0 microfiber towels in Malaysia. The exact design is very much soft and paint safe, but it seems to drag water more than it absorbs (though it still does), though in this part of the world liquids tend to dry FAST.

Can the Miner towel be used on surfaces other than metal without damaging the paint?
@metalpolishshop6 жыл бұрын
Good discussion guys! The size is spot on for the uses discussed. Also will SI02 stay in the towel and not wash out with a dedicated microfiber wash? Will it harden in the towel and destroy it and possibly destroy the paint?

Guys, Your waffle weave towels are the best.can you make them edgeless ?the silk edge is beginning to become un sewn.because of the wringing.other than that there great!
@M6transam7 жыл бұрын
I really like the Pluffle. Only concern is if it gets overloaded with water it feels a little draggy on the surface. Like say you don't do a sheet rinse and that panel is flooded with water. The plushness of the towel gets matted down and the "thirst pockets" are really visible. I'm worried that matariel of the thirst pocket may scratch the paint. On the flip side of that, I did a sheet rinse and used detail as a drying aid and the Pluffle was a dream to use. Felt so soft and I didn't even wring the towel out, only used one on a My Transam.

Only use Pluffle for drying after blow drying .......

Any suggestions for a towel that's not going to be as 'grabby' on glass? Every time I clean the inside of the windshield I seem to have friction issues. Combine that with tight spaces and all and it's just a pain.

Grest video. Interesting products. Regarding washing mf: Do you have any advice about what kinds of towels to avoid washing together with regards to the configuration of the towel itself, not so much what chemicals might be in it?

I've seen a few +Junkman2000 vids, he had a great series on some of his favorite TRC gear not to long ago that was great for someone like me that doesn't know microfiber. This vid is a great resource too. You guys really put out some quality material.

Dammit now I have to make room for more towels. Great video . As detailers , we tend to thrive obviously on details , not many other companies describe the towels like you do when shopping .
