The best way to clean those clogged pore tunnels is everyday cardio work out and a good everyday sweat. No skin care product has cleared my skin like my own body did. I did the experiment of buying the best skin care routine including AHAs, BHAs, soft cleansers, retinol, vitamin A, barrier repair light moisturizer, hydrating serums and others. While I used these products, I was eating junk food every day and having a sedentary life. My face and neck got every clogged pore you can think of all over: black heads, white heads, inflamed acne, infected acne. My skin was a mess and to be honest the skin care products were useless. Once I cleared my diet, my skin started healing but those clogged pores were still very clogged. Skin care products were a little more efficient but not major improvement was remarkable. Once I implemented everyday cardio work out and just made the effort of sweating and moving, my skin appreciated it so much. My pores started clearing and shrinking from the first day. Cleaning and applying all the skin care products after taking a good shower from the work out was so pleasant because I could actually see my skin healing and finally those skin care products doing their job. At the end of the day we have to remember skin care products are surface products that can only do so much. There is no better machine and technology that your own cells and body. Take care of it and it will clean and heal itself.

I noticed that my pores “unclogged” after I started using oil-based cleansing balms, and facial oils, in my skin care. What you said about oils with linoleic acid makes sense. I did try to use linoleic-acid based oils because I had read that they were non-comedogenic. I also started avoiding silicones especially in my makeup and I think that helped as well. I’m sure I still have oil in my pores, but it is now “liquid” instead of “solid” or waxy and thus it is not visible.

I use grapeseed oil in the morning, tamanu oil + tea tree oil before going to sleep, and minimize my daily sugar for about a month. It really helps a lot to regulate oil production, skin moisture, texture, and also helps to minimize my acne. I found that my big acne didn't come back, now just for cutie acne. Currently, I add The Ordinary Niacinamide 10%+Zinc 1% to my skincare routine, so far it improves my skin texture more than before. I feel proud of saving and spending my money to have all of them. Thanks for your all suggestions Liah. Now I'm waiting for the next 2 months, cause people said that we need at least 3 months to see the results. I wish my scars will disappear :)

I first read about 'Sebum Oxidation' a little over a year ago 'cause I was searching for what could cause certain issues I've been having for years now. Yes, I've only skin and after making changes to my skincare, my skin has improved so much. But that little issue still persists: skin rashes. My own sebum oxidizes so quickly that I develop these bad rashes, especially around the nose area, forehead and on my brows where the oils concentrate like crazy. And living in a warm-weather country only aggravates it. I do manage it by using those sebum-absorving sheets and misting my skin every few hours to cool down the skin. That's the best I can do for now. 👍Thanks so much to Liah for uploading this vid. Very informative. 💙

First few weeks was having my skin with a healthy glow but then the weather happened, PH weather sucks tbh, and it was probably too thick for me then that I started to clog up way too fast. Had breakouts after breakouts which probably contributed with the stress that I was at. The BEST de-clogger I have ever tried, and it works 10 times better than anything I have EVER tried, is just plain old polysorbate 80. I get the clear thick liquid on amazon, and apply (before bedtime) the size of a quarter in my palm, then rub my palms together to warm it, and apply it to my face, rubbing it in gently with a small circular motion. You don't need a lot. I let it sit for 5 min., so my skin can warm it and let it sink in, and then I VERY lightly wipe over my whole face with a dry cloth to only take off any excess. Your skin only needs a little. Then I go to sleep and in the morning my pores look smaller and I don't see any clogging at all (even my nose area, which is always a problem, looks declogged!!!). So just a small container of polysorbate 80, which is pretty safe for the skin...they even use it in some foods, is all you need and it will last a long time. The stuff is a natural degreaser and safely cuts and dissolves right through any greasy waxy buildup. Just wash your face in the morning, pat dry and apply a good moisturizer, because it can be slightly drying, but it WORKS better than anything I have tried in my entire life...and I have tried a LOT of everything!

Can you like do it on other body parts? Like your chest? And for how long have you been using it?

I love how you teach us to respect and understand our skin, to get what we need/what we lack of. Everyone should watch your videos. Its gonna change a lot of people mindset. Too many women who clearly think products out there are same like destiny.. They don’t have any clue why this work and the other won’t and they just accepted it instead of learning what their body actually need and then blaming the products if it doesn’t work. In Indonesian they’d say “cocok2 an” 😅
