It's sad to see Butch Hartman ( a man I used to respect ) resort to using shady and sleazy tactics just to make a quick buck for his Kickstarter. He was also very close-minded when people asked him about Oaxis only stating the bare minimum until after it reached its goal. Then when people started to call him out on his bullshit he tries to sweep things under the rug and pretend like everything is completely fine when it clearly isn't. I'm just glad to see that Pieguy is informing others about Butch's true nature.

I wish kickstarter didn't treat backers as donators, and actually treated them like shareholders with legitimate stake in the project, so whenever the money is spent, it can only be spent on the project itself. I don't want others to deal with what I've had to put up with, because nobody deserves to be lied to, lied about, have the livelihood or safety of their family and friends threatened, or just be told to burn in hell, or be humiliated in front of everyone because one person having a whole group go after them. It hurts, and I'm just glad people left me alone because of it. Despite the fact I'm more introverted, I helped someone without hesitation once. When I was young, I actually asked my parents if they could help me sponsor someone in need. They did. My family and I sponsored a child so he could live a remotely normal childhood, and it was my idea. On top of that, many of the nicest people I know are introverts.

I've had personal experiences with Butch's prejudice (though I'm not certain it was Butch specifically himself, it's just something that happened that's a little fishy). I posted a piece of Danny Phantom fan art depicting two female characters kissing on Twitter and @'d Butch as a joke. An hour later, the tweet is removed. So I re-post it without the @ this time. Removed once more. So I try once again, not backing down, this time with a caption stating why my drawing is not against Twitter's terms of service and my stance on LGBTQIA (I am a part of the community- asexual). In retrospect, I think Butch has always had twisted morals. I remember some Fairly Oddparents episodes that depressed me as a kid, such as when Timmy was taken through a (for lack of a better word) near-death experience, being shown how much better everyone he knows, even Vicky of all people, would be off without him ever existing. I don't know how much Butch would've been involved in writing some of the episodes, but he had to have known about the episode and contributed something to it. Even if it's just a bad episode, I think it sheds some light on Butch's morals. It's hard to believe that anyone would look at that kind of episode and give the OK to air it

In it's a wishful life, Timmy feels like he only serves misery to those around him, so when he wishes he was never born, Butch thought it would be funny to subvert the wonderful life trope, but instead did it badly, where everyone turned out to literally be doing better without Timmy, and Jorgen even tried to punish Timmy for making the world a better place by wishing he was never born. In...Finding Emo...Timmy wishes to become...a stereotype of people who suffer from adolescence, depression, and existentialism. It's just stupid...and really insensitive to those who feel like they're worthless failures.

It's also funny that Butch likes to say "I made your childhood!", when he only came up with the _ideas_ for two good shows: Fairly OddParents and Danny Phantom (I've been told that he didn't have nearly as much control in the earlier seasons of these shows either). But when Butch took the reins for Danny Phantom Season 3, fans said it was the worst season of the series (@Phantom Planet). Once Fairly OddParents introduced Poof, Sparky, and Chloe, fans said that the show was declining. After that, he made TUFF Puppy and Bunsen is a Beast, both of which weren't that good. Not to mention I have numerous friends that watched stuff like Spongebob, Hey Arnold, Rocko, and other Nicktoons over Butch's creations because they just weren't as good to them. So he really didn't make very many peoples' childhoods if you ask me, or at least not good ones.

TheeDeputy Propaganda assumes that these claims are somewhat false or slanderous. But it is not. There are multiple sources of Butch himself saying these things. You can see him actually saying these things verbally with his own two lips, not just in text. You can see people's videos being taken down unfairly. It's not out of context. It's not being blown completely out of proportion. These are Butch's words and actions and he needs to be held accountable.

You know it's so ironic, kind of funny actually. The things that Butch has been doing over the past few months really is reminiscent of the shady stuff Viacom and Nickelodeon has been doing over the years. Weither it's the take down of the videos, outright disrespect to fans, and lying to supporters; Butch's actions isn't unlike Cema's or the company as a whole. It's like the entirety of Nick is (almost) full of these detestable people. Really sad.
