I really doubt there's more Aeons than the ones we already know. One can ascend now and and possibly overtake a current one, but an Aeon that we never heard of would never make sense. Aeons are concepts and it relies heavily with influence. Like, you have to have a lot of people to know the Aeon in order for that certain Aeon to exist.

Sparkle being in HI3rd is canon, which means this might be considered her first appearance in the Honkaiverse (chronologically speaking). Also, if she's already in the main story, then she cannot be considered as a "Collab Character", right?

HSR and HI3 live in the same universe, perhaps even genshin. There's already a theory that Long the Permanence is the predecessor of all dragons across the Hoyo games. And then HooH the Equilibrium was the one behind the "Honkai" tragedies in HI3 since THEY are responsible for balancing the universe. So yes Sparkle isn't a collab character nor the first one to enter HI3 Solar system.

Imho its kinda unique situation because collabs are usually between different companies meanwhile this one is between mihoyo games so they can afford to even put it in the story for a chapter or two and never revisit that route. Also that would give birth to even more fan theories which increases over engagement of players for both games. Mihoyo writers are really smart when doing these things.

THEYjust can't enter because of CoF. And while new Aeons cannot enter, CoF cannot prevent what's already there, which HooH, since HooH is very old and might exist before CoF exist. But do take this theory with a grain of salt.

Chapter 5 can be standalone chapter of HI3. It's kind of prologue on what will happen and obviously it'll be explained in later chapters. I only play HI3 and I never felt the need to play HSR even after knowing Chapter 5.

@@arber7240 Even in past chapters on P1, there are a lot of foreshadowing. Like barely touching or explaining in one chapter, and then expanding it further in future chapters. I don't know the terminologies like Aeon, Eminator, etc. But I trust Honkai that it will be explained later on. Devs obviously know that there's a huge difference with the fast-paced hack-and-slash gameplay of HI3 vs the turn-based of HSR. It's too dumb to assume that Hoyo is "FORCING" HI3 players to play HSR, or vice versa. The two universe are obviously connected as Welt is the same, and might really overlap in the future, but the MC in HSR is NOT WELT. Same in HI3, the MC is ALSO NOT WELT. Edit: Highlighted "forcing"

Just a small correction, but Qliphot's age if we run the math is somewhere between 110k and 600k years old, which over a thousand times younger than Cocoon even if we go with the higher estimate of Qliphot's age (600k). (1000000000+/600000=1666.66+)

@@alvi9463 coocon of finality is not a honkai, it manipulates the honkai, it also creates the herrschers using honkai energy which is pretty much stellaron in hsr, Kevin describe the coocon of finality as "extraterrestrial manipulator of fate" which is pretty similar with some aeon in hsr, which is why i thought it's pretty much just aeon of honkai or something, but calling it aeon of finality might be better.. honkai and stellaron come from imaginary energy from imaginary tree, so they're pretty much the same at their core, while also different in existence...

Welcome back! I'm glad to see you're doing well! I actually started HI3 before HSR released bc I heard the lore of the games were connected, and since I was always a little curious about the game it was the perfect excuse to start it. I'm on the final few chapters of part 1 now and hopefully by the time the collab reaches global I'll be all caught up. And honestly all I can say is thank god I started when I did. I love both of these games to death and I really really hope they put someone (KIANA PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE) from HI3 into HSR.

About Sparkle making no sense I think there's no need to worry, the first time we meet Sparkle in Penacony she made no sense and even after ending it there's still some things that are only justified as "she's just crazy" even tho we might learn later that is all part of her great act. So yeah it might make no sense now Sparkle being on mars but the reason might be revealed later. Or not who knows, in the end everything it's just elation.

Elation power is no joke tho. You could first see the hint with Sampo teleporting everywhere they want in Belobog like Sans from undertale. And then talk to the player and breaking the 4th wall. Sparkle could do the same then. In Penacony, she was trying to recruit Black Swan to Masked Fools because Memokeepers are entity with such unique power to allow free travels but BS destroyed her with Memory erase technique. Now she went to HI3 to do the same again. Maybe she has a bigger plan.

About Qlipoth's age. Remember that it's the IPC that says Qlipoth is the oldest Aeon, however this isn't super trustworthy for a few reasons. 1. The IPC are known for hiding information about the Aeons. 2. It's in the IPC's interest to sell the idea that Qlipoth is the oldest. 3. There might have been an age of Aeons before the IPC started colonising the universe. 4. We know for a FACT that Ouroboros, The Voracity SHOULD be older than Qlipoth, as they're a leviathan. A space dwelling species said to be from an age before Aeons, then they allegedly went extinct. 5. The existence of The Enigmata just makes everything that's historic untrustworthy. 6. We know Mythus the Enigmata specifically targeted the Dusk Wars, (before the Aeons) making everything even weirder. 7. The amber era system was implemented only after Qlipoths ascendence, so time before and during the dusk wars could either span thousands of years or billions. 8. The IPC claims that with the ascendence of Qlipoth, all Leviathand disappeared and that it was Qlipoth who ended the Dusk Wars. However, the intelligentsia guild has allegedly proven that this is not true, and that after the Dusk Wars, there was a whole other period of history where Leviathan still lived, before Qlipoth came along. 9. I almost forgot but there's also Long, the Aeon of Permanence, and according to its children, Long was alive shortly after the birth of the universe. This also isn't the most trustworthy, but at least some infor suggesting some Aeons might be billiond of years old.

Should I change my approach? Am I different than the average HI3 player now? Should I riot and boycott now? Obviously kidding, people should focus on having fun rather than find reasons to get angry, even with a legitimate reason such as this, the information is available to read for people to keep up, I like this development going faster because taking things too slow would never allow them to put us on the edge as much as seeing a potentially-memosnatcher in Kiana's dream while she's also aware she's in a dream meaning even her sleep is probably intentional and might have many implications for the story ! don't forget that qliphoth is one of the oldest AEONS, not the oldest. there are still HooH the Equilibrium, Ena The Order, and others. moreover Amber Era was created by IPC by estimating the birth of Qlipoth, so there is still a big possibility that Qlipoth's age is not after AE

Their path probably still exists since a path can exist without it's Aeon but since they're so ancient there isn't anyone alive to walk on any of those paths anymore so we won't know about them.

It's easy to assume in HSR we know everything because we are dealing with factions with very intelligent and strong people and multiple planets and Aeons but in reality we are still seeing things from a limited point of view despite everything we currently know. So there could be Aeons out there that we dont know yet exist but exist for others worlds that we also dont know about.

I am only confused by one thing Otto branches the imaginary tree when he goes to save Kallen, and I believe it’s been said hsr is one branch of the imaginary tree. However now it seems they’re literally the same universe, how does this work then? Honkai radiation and herrschers only existed in a small tiny part of the universe? I thought the imaginary barriers were to separate universes not galaxies?

Imaginary barriers are actually separating star systems, not galaxies (hsr fandom Interstellar_Travel). In HSR it's not clearly defined, but there is a scientist which put out a theory that each star system has it's own imaginary tree which defines it's space time-continuum (hsr fandom Imaginary_Tree). The honkaiverse also doesn't have same laws as universe we live in. Solar systems are protected by imaginary barrier and outside of them there is a sea of quanta, travel is only possible in HSR universe because emanators laid out star rail which connects different star systems. Honkai is indeed unique to HI3 solar system and it's source is Cocoon of finality. Cocoon hid the HI3 solar system from the gaze of Aeons so until recently it was undiscovered and now that Kiana is absorbing the Coccoon all kind of staff starts to get in, such as Memokeepers and now Sparkle. + It's not official and is my own theory by I think Coocoon was one of the remaining leviathans: (hsr fandom Leviathan). The universe Otto created now exists as a branch of Imaginary tree of HI3 solar system.

So no one's going to talk about it or just forget the Kolosten arc and what Otto explained to us about the Imaginary tree and the different timelines/branches that exist independently on their own. Even if localization is the issue as they say, the way they presented this to the community actually makes sense compared to this right now Cause really the community is somewhat using the HSR lore about the Imaginary tree which is only regarded by someone in the game as a theory in a universal scale while Hi3rd uses it as a multiversal scale which was explored multiple times by SU and certain characters.

The CoF/HoTE/HoFi was mentioned to be able to do so in Hi3, which makes sense, as it already has countless times before entering the Solarsystem. Then there are Apho star gates and other beings like the Sky People that can also do it. You don't have to be an Emanator, Aeon, or part of Nameless to do so. That rule only applies to HSR.

@@rickelmehanwinckel2699 no thats not true at all. memokeepers who "snatch" memories are called "memosnatchers" and are considered a separate faction under remembrance aeon. they believe only certain memories are important, and that they should take whatever they want regardless of what happens to the memory's owner. while memokeepers make a copy, and they copy all memories no matter how unimportant. both of their purpose is to record the universe for the remembrance in order to... possibly remake the universe after it gets destroyed at the end of time, or something to that effect. the aeon's goal 'seems' to be "preservation of the memory's of all events through time", and copying or snatching is a means for that.

I slightly corrected your information. Qliphot is NOT the oldest Aeon, there is the latest information from Star Rail that Qliphot's slogan as the oldest Aeon is just propaganda from IPC. Several Aeons such as long the permeance, Hooh the equilibrium, and ena the order are implied to have existed as pillars of the laws of the universe since ancient times.Moreover, creatures like Leviathan/oroboros are also very ancient and have most likely existed since the era of lost historical records... which could possibly be as old as Cocoan or even much older.

I think it's fair to mention that something that probably bothers some people (even though that doesn't make it any less true) is that hoyo to some extend expects those that don't play other games to rely on the community in order to keep up with lore across games, heck, we are here watching your video right now. Which is something I do to stay on top of HI3 lore because I don't play it anymore. But I think those who experienced those easter eggs can say that it does feel more rewarding, it's pretty much free fanservice for those who took the effort, a bit bothersome to those who didn't and really annoying for very few. I don't think we could estimate the Aeons age other than ones born after Qlipoth since the Amber Era is a system created by the IPC. For example, Terminus move back in time instead of moving forward. How can we estimate their age if they come from the End of Time? But damn, I want Kiana to be playable in Honkai Star Rail

Finality is a Very peacefull entity on Hsr,despite their name they are more the Advertiser than the cause of the end

Theory means an idea or set of ideas that is intended to explain facts or events which mean they figured it out which is how zandar manage to put forward this theory in a time where manipulting imaginary is still a dream for humanity and interstellar travel is considered impossible which make it more impressive.

I know this is going to be a one-sided event, but even so, MAN I love the setting for HI3, and how it provides AMPLE space for the events to be "Canon" but not "Real". Maybe the events are a Dream, but the lessons the character learns and the emotions they forge within that dream ARE canon and CAN have lasting impact. Maybe the events are a glitching simulation, resulting in something like Chrono Navi. She, herself is not "real" but her fighting alongside your team makes perfect sense, between Schicksal and Anti-Entropy there's ANY NUMBER of genuises who could see that broken simulation and go "Hey, maybe Kiana's little robot buddy WOULD like a combat body to help her out" and make her one. Maybe it's a bubble universe like Fichl, what's STOPPING her from just "leaving" her bubble universe, and especially with Fichl's already detached personality, she WOULD do that and not really be effected by it mentally. The writers for this game are INCREDIBLE in their ability to fashion "canon" but not "real" scenarios.

@@noelkreiss2398 this is literally the world building u really can't expect less info. yea p1 beginning is easier to understand cuz 1-they put the info in the manga and didn't explain things so u practically nothing to understand from dialogs cus they are mostly chatting and saying "we have to do X to complete x mission" which make it worse than p2 with world building that's why ppl say often "go read the Mangas" or go on KZbin to understand p1 and this is not supposed to be normal..they only explain some things way later in the story and it confuse more ppl. on the other hand ppl that say there's too much info for p2 most of the time don't pay attention bc again the dialogs are less longer than p1 most chap 9 (i dont remember much of early chaps but chap 10 and 11 are horrendous in term of infos and story telling )

I’m just happy that Vita can leave. Sa was trying to breach the Imaginary Barrier for millenia, and now Vita has even more powers to absolutely clown on her progenitor. Also, how are the Sky People traveling the stars? Do they follow the Propagation? The Voracity? I guess it *would* make sense for them to be a husk, following a dead/AWOL Aeon.

You know this does provide a possible answer to what Kalpas is. My guess is that his a demon of Fetora and considering is temperament and what he looks like in his METAMORPH form everything checks out. And with Ho3's connection to Star Rail dose help normalize the alien elements in chapter 1.5, APHO, and SUGARS without feeling odd or out of place.

Just a note, but a lot of the hate Hi3 gets from the HSR playerbase is not because of lore dumps whatsoever. It's because there is a vocal minority who hate the fact that Hi3 is a waifu only game. And since the HSR playerbase is much, much larger that the HI3 playerbase, that husbando collecting vocal minority sounds very, very loud. Mind you, this hate is not solely limited to HI3. The same vocal minority will shit on any and every female character that comes out in any Mihoyo game. Five minutes browsing the Reddit leak subs and official game subs will prove as such.
