I look forward to the future videos. I've had my 94'na manual for 19 yrs and never watched any build videos before but I'll follow the progress on this one. Wow,seems you got some good deals on like new parts. Front n rear strut tower braces really made a big difference on my 300 along with thicker f/r anti-sway bars. It is fine to get more power but also to improve other areas to control it. 👍

Looks great I'm glad you were able to figure out your downpipe and test pipes situation. Please make a detailed installation video of that TruBoost gauge. I have the same one and will be installing it once my car is back from the shop.

Nice, Don't forget about the ECU chip/tune. I also hate that Z1 plasters their name on every item, just too tacky. Bronze bushings for the shifter is just meh, 30 year old, out dated design. I have a much better solution for that. Hope to have SZ tune in Edmonton this summer, should aim to have it tuned by them. Good luck with the work.

There was two things I noticed that will have compatibility issues. The first being the hard pipes. Did you also include the turbosmart BOV to HKS BOV mount adapter? If not you won't be able to use the turbo smart BOVs on the hardpipes you bought. The second is the intercooler piping. You bought the 2.5" bigger piping but the z1 intercoolers are going to be stock size 2" inlets/outlets. You'll have to get 2.5" to 2" adapting couplers to use the hardpipes you bought since they are for the original 2" stock intercooler piping and for any stock sized intercooler that has 2" inlets on it instead of the upgraded intercoolers that are supposed to go with the kit. Id personally stick completely with one size instead of randomly chocking the volume in the intercooler system down and back up again. One small suggestion I would make is to ditch the AEM boost gauge and install a fuel pressure gauge instead as the boost gauge and the boost controller will show the same thing so it kind of defeats the purpose of having a boost gauge. A fuel pressure gauge would be better as you can make sure that your fuel pressure is rising with your boost pressure that you don't run into a lean condition that you would be able to see on the wideband. Other than that the parts youre buying don't look too bad and will easily let you hit your goal if youre able to use e85. Keep up the good work!

Yes I have the adapters for the BOV. For the intercoolers yes I have the 2.5” to 2.0” couplers as well, I knew the 2.5 inch piping is made to go work with the bigger intercoolers so I made sure to order the correct couplers as well. I just didn’t show the the minor things like that in detail in the video 😅 I’m boosting the NA block and don’t have access to E85 so it’ll just be tuned for 93 octane. I wanted to make sure I keep boost low that’s why I wanted a boost controller as well, but I’ll keep the fuel gauge in mind and see how things go and may possibly go that route. Thanks for the suggestion!

@@FarazXAhmed Ahh okay I see!! Glad to see you did your research man!! On gasoline it might be a little harder to get towards 400hp with high compression but you might be able to do it depending on the tuner and your breather mods. If you can score a dual intake like a selin or if Z1 comes out with their variant that will help you a ton. I'll keep tuning in and watch your build as it progresses. I'd also be down to answer any questions you have in case you need any help!! I'll shoot you a follow on Instagram!!

I’ll look for a dual intake. Thanks! I’ll definitely give you a shout when I have questions, which I’m sure I’ll have lol 👍

@FarazXAhmed The AEM tru boost controller is the same as the boost gauge but with the solenoid control feature so you don't need 2. I have the full AEM set with 3 gauges on the A pillar, and 3 under the single din radio. If you don't want to have more gauges visible you could always mount them in the glove compartment.

@@FarazXAhmedI also have the dual intake with the sellin MAF translater, but I wouldn't worry about that for your build unless you plan to make over 500hp. The stock single MAF reads 100hp per volt and reads up to 5volts so it wouldn't be necessary. Bigger side mount intercoolers with 2.5in piping and aftermarket exhaust manifolds with 3in exhaust are the best breather mods to free up restrictions, but are mainly for low compression TT builds pushing higher boost pressure. Your build will be fine with the bigger intercoolers on stock 2in intercooler pipes and 2.5in exhaust

Not sure if you got an na or tt clutch but tt is better because its larger but you have to trim the fins on the inside of your na trans
