What do you think of fused line like Berkeley fireline for top water? From what I can tell it's like braid instead of mono for fishing but does it stretch some? What are your thoughts in this for topwater.
@BassGeek4 жыл бұрын
To be honest I have not tried it. With treble's I like some stretch because it forgives the mistakes I make fighting the fish. I'll have to read up on it and try it out.

I love it on the topwater. I feel the same about it as I do the Hydrowave. There are times if does and times it don't. Most of the the time it's when they are really feeding on shad and I think it draws them to the bait and allows it to stand out vs the 1000's of bait fish. If you haven't seen the Hydrowave Keep'r Cull you should go check it out.

Great vid loaded with tips and hacks . I started to get into these baits last summer for a bit . Not too much success but 1 day. I had a heddon spook jr on a shallow river and the smallies just crushed it . They would come up and miss it and another one would come up right behind it and smash it. Bent the hooks on the bait they where so aggressive and caught so many. One day I will never forget . Hope all is well buddy with you and the family . Till the next take care and be safe .

You want the round bends for a topwater. The EWG’s tip in just a little. Where the round bends are straight up. Hook up ratio is better on topwater. Bass will swipe at the bait a lot so you want the tips pointing out

@jesseshumaker27184 жыл бұрын
BassGeek the more I fish , the more I realize it’s all about location. The subtle differences in baits probably don’t matter as much as we think but we are all trying to find that edge on the water to give us one more bite, and It’s the baits we turn to thinking we can find that answer. Keep it up wade . Yur vids are improving . I had not been tuning into u as much lately but this one brought me back .
