Andrew, this series is being seen and appreciated more than you know. I cannot wait for the landscaping (gardening is my fav too) but I never thought I'd enjoy a series about renovating the front of a house as much as I have. Truly grateful for all the time you guys put into this series and content in general. And Sabrina, you are a phenomenal editor!! Tiktok is missing out on this long form gem!

If anyone has been watching your videos for some time, they should know not to question Andrew’s work. I am so impressed by his knowledge. Come on, he’s RED seal, in trades that is impressive, especially at his age. Yes, I was impressed as well by Sabrina caring that half inch plywood. You two are just a joy to watch.

I love that you decided to go into a building trade as a career. Good carpenters are so needed, there will never be a time when tradesman are motivated needed. I’m encouraging my grandkids to go into a trade , I’ve offered to help pay their way. I tell them to learn their math, algebra and geometry now while in school so they will be prepared for higher education. Bless you both ❤

His research method is the same one I use when I’m looking for a new recipe to make for my family. He’s spot on. It’s watching a bunch of videos and picking when you like they did or see that everyone is commonly doing. I love this series! Can’t wait for the finale

You two could not be more different personality wise. It cracks me up sometimes because Sabrina will be enthusiastic about something they are doing and Andrew will have a dead-pan face. Andrews knowledge and experience in the carpentry field does really shine through in the vlogs. You can tell he knows what he is doing and is comfortable with the process. Sabrina amazes me with with her strength and physical hard-work. Though there have been times when I think you both should be wearing protective gear (footwear, gloves, eyewear or hard hat). BTW I would have called the old window on the front of the house a 'bay' window too.

I love that I found your channel. My hubby and I originally started renovating our home 40 years ago. It took us 7 years - slowly doing almost each area. Now that he's no longer able, we need to start again. Appliances don't last forever, plumbing needs updating, our kitchen floor did not last as long as he would like, and our children have all moved on. This past spring, I actually helped our daughter start on her kitchen reno. Our son has bought a "finished" home, but his spouse wants to paint now that they are expecting their first. I just love what you are doing, and totally understand the dread of dealing with old insulation and wall board. ❤

I have been following you since the pool renovation, and since then I look forward to every single video you post. I don't like talking videos, but somehow I don't mind it at all with you and I like listening to you. Your videos calms me down, sometimes it's like a therapy for me. This series is so interesting for me that I'm curious to see how it will turn, but at the same time I don't want this series to end (and most of all, I look forward to landscaping - it inspires me to change my garden a bit). You inspire me so much. You both work hard on this house and you make it look easy. Amazing how you (with just a little help) managed to transform your house like this. just wow!❤️ Thank you for sharing it all with us!!

"Fun fact. Chimney had scaffold around it for four years." As a contractor and homeowner, thank you for this. This fall I will address my front steps, 24 years late. I have found that the best way to finish a home project is to start one the eliminates the need to finish the first one. Note- I finish client's projects ASAP and I NEVER let someone pay me for something that is just about done. NEVER EVER pay anyone in full until they are done.

I’ve been following for awhile on insta but this series pulled me into your longer KZbin vids. Firstly, I am SO impressed by both of you and the ability you have to take a plan and implement it. I just bought my condo 2 years ago and have *very lightly* dabbled in diy-absolutely nothing on this level though 😅 I’m so interested in watching your teamwork and the way you tackle big projects together. Secondly, Sabrina always looks so cute and I need to know where all her overalls are from! Excited to keep watching and see the final result 👀

I love your videos. I don’t have Tic Tock so I didn’t see you over there but your series came up as recommended and I’ve binged them all. My husband and I are adding on to a country house that we bought in 2020. Once it’s done we are ditching our huge metropolitan area. We’re currently in one of the top four largest in the U.S. Your energy and the extent of your renovation has given me hope to push onward and to keep upbeat with ours in spite of set backs and unexpected cost overruns. It will be worth it in the end. I wonder what our trades think when we did stuff 4 years ago and now are changing it for an addition. We’re on our third change with the propane company. 😂 I panicked for you when the roof was open and understand how you must have felt ripping out your kitchen tile. Letting light into our house is at the forefront of our changes. We’ve done a lot of DIY but this time we’re hiring stuff out in order to save ours backs. We’re in our sixties. Drywall is one of the worst. I enjoyed this sit down and can’t wait for your next update.
