Can stimulants (like 40 mg vyvanse) cause hypopituitarism?

I have history of cushing's disease with surgery done in 2011. I had some similar symptoms in 2016 and 2017, but for the 5-6months, it became more bothersome to the point that i am unsble to go to work, don't feel like going out or doing anything even sleeping or going to bed at bedtime to sleep. I have been wondering if the tumor is back as cushing's or if it's fibromyalgia from or related cushing's or pcos or depression + ___ just me. Finally went to see an endocrinologist today after 3 yrs (didn’t like my last one so stopped going for f/u). My cortisol was drawn mid-day at 1 pm. And I am not sure if that mid-day result (4.7) mean anything because the normal range is shown for morning and evening cortisol level. Does it help to get random mid-day cortisol level to check for cushing's or anything? After seeing my cortisol results today evening, I researched more and now My differential diagnosis includes one more i.e hypopitutarism with GH deficiency. I have most symptoms of GH deficiency. I feel like I need to find the cause of my symptoms soon so that i can get treatment and restart going to work and feeling mentally better and physically more energetic. Anyway, that's how I came to here looking for more info on the topic. I wish I could see you for a provider. Am happy for the patients who have the opportunity to see you as a provider. I did mention to my endocrinologist today about checking my GH since it was high last time when I had Cushings in 2011. But she disregarded it's importance.

MsFoundIT None of my business but if your dr is ignoring your GH and or minimizing it in light of your symptoms, if you are able, time to find a new DR.

@@libraryfiles4470 thank you for your suggestion. Just yesterday, my endocrinologist gave my requested lab order for AM cortisol and IGF-1 (I waited till my midnight saliva and 24 hr urine results because I felt hesitant asking for it and for being thought as "micro managing" etc. So I waited a week to get those results. I planned to change providers if these labs were not ordered since I am paying without insurance and it is not worth my time, energy, and money. I was told that my 2 midnight saliva test results were slightly high but my 24 hr urine was within normal, and to add to the confusion, the first visit day's 1 pm draw cortisol was lower than normal. I will be having AM cortisol and IGF -1 next week and then the dexamethasone suppression test. I had to request a MRI too and that is coming up soon. Hope everything goes smoothly and that I get a diagnosis as soon as possible. Again thanks for your reply.
