Lemon Crunch pound cake 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋🍽️

3 cups all poupose flour
2 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
6 eggs
1 pack instant lemon puddin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 8oz cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 lemon (remove the zest of lemon and squeezed lemon for your cake batter
3 stick butter
2 teaspoon lemon extract
one cup of crushed nuts of your choice
bake on 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes
old school recipe for greasing My Pan one cup of Crisco shortening and half cup of flour mix well together grease pan well dustpan with nuts

Take one cup of Crisco shortening half a cup of flour mixed together well take that and grease your pan then dust with the nuts

Chef you make baking so easy. The only problem, I have with you is, I am diabetic and love to bake. Everything, I see you make, I have to try. I made this cake Friday, the almonds on the outside of this cake make it look so pretty unfortunately this cake was a fail😢 I don't know if adding the 8 oz cup of milk had anything to do with it or not, I do know how to cook cakes, some parts was gummy, some of it was done, it was not a good tasting cake at all😢 I have fix😢 many of your recipes and they was great..
