I think there was a what if story where Bardock reunited with his son Kakarot AKA Goku and they had an epic fight between father and son in Dragon Ball Z Burst Limit. ❤ By far the best what if Dragon Ball Z story the games have, so far at least. 😊 I think there was also a movie called Super Dragon Ball Heroes where they actually met for the first time ever.

There is nothing goku was going to do about the destruction of the saiyan race. and he only started being proud of goku after seeing him stand up to an enemy that not even his whole race could beat.
