It's generally why I hold it to be one of those foundational myths. The real story is probably closer to Egyptian courtier, who may or may not have Israelite heritage, leaves Egypt under a cloud and joins a group main Israelites _already_ in the north. He was probably one of the few remaining Atenists and brought aspects of it with him. His descendants then became powerful and they updated the already mythic story with nationalist trappings. It helps explain why his name isn't Hebrew and why he's explicitly monotheist in a henotheistic and polytheistic setting.

@TimWells-fu3imАй бұрын
All of the Bible is substantiated, while the asinine, lost & clueless cult of atheism is INFAMOUS the world over for having ZERO ANSWERS. There is no good argument for atheism. Atheism is based on a fundamental misunderstanding of the world. And as to why some atheists think God should make reality easier for them, I answer, you have something to do. This isn’t a game. The price of life is death. It’s not easy. And it will take everything you have, just as it cost Jesus all that he had to give. He gave himself for you and you have to join with that in giving yourself to him. You make him Master of your life. It’s your turn to act. God is waiting on you. God has already created you and gave you the gift of life, as he placed you in a world to learn about your creator and why you have been placed here. And since God can’t walk w/ man due to sin that causes separation, he left his Word in his place to be your guide, as it answers all your important questions. To be made in the image of God is to wrestle with potential. You’re not an infant. God is treating you as a responsible adult. Just like God hovered above the chaos in GENESIS and brought order out of it; you are to extract order out of your surroundings. It’s your decision as you do that and aim toward heaven or hell in placing yourself into one of those two places. God has given you temporary free will to accept or reject Jesus with the +/- 70 yrs you have on earth. We are all being vetted by God the Father, so that he can present us to his son as his spiritual bride to live in love and respect forever in heaven. That’s God’s goal, so I suggest you get with the program and not be LEFT BEHIND.

At bare minimum, Christians will claim that they alone have the power to accurately interpret or decipher an “ancient code book” that contains the word and will of this divine authority… which really isn’t much better than claiming (again) that they have superpowers. It’s all just so… egotistical and arrogant. I mean, I know people want to feel special. And that’s fine. @elisawhitman8526 God doesn't share everything He thinks with any person - but we can know what He thinks about some things. Here are two of the most important to Him: It is His desire for us to follow Him and His ways, as modeled by Jesus - God in flesh when He gave us two commandments: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets" So, what is it that we KNOW is in God's mind and what He thinks? IT"S TO LOVE. Love is Biblically defined in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7; Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. By reading and heeding the teachings and character of Jesus you will be able to discern much more of what God thinks - tho not EVERYTHING. Following Jesus and making His Way your way to live is not some great mystery. It's clearly spelled out.

Quran, The Gospel and Torah answers atheism We are certain that its impossible for the hereunder laws and elements to come together on our survival naturally unless there is intentionality. Quran calls for people to reflect on the following: • Nature had to figure out how to make rain a recurrent process. scientific term is water cycle • Rain water could have been bitter, salty, sour, carbonated etc... • Water was preserved in the form of lakes and ponds and underground water. • Water sewerage system comes in whereby the rivers will transport the water to the sea. • A barrier prevents salty water from mixing with the river water. • You throw the inside of dates but in grains you eat the inside and throw the outside. • Color diversity is a recurrent feature in mountains, fruits, plants, people, and animals. Uncolored outcome in a random selection was entirely skipped. Now apply the theory of probability. It cannot be other than a biased selection. • Seed evolved into diversity and variety • Leveled earth stunned geologists and they gave it the term 'plains'. Why leveled? To facilitate transportation in land. • Archimedes’ buoyancy law facilitates marine transportation. • [Newtons law of attraction] prevents the skies from falling. • Out of thousands of species that live in the wild, cattle live with us and were made 8 mates. • The law of reproduction ensures sufficient quantity. • We need stars to determine directions. • The sun rises and sets but the moon does not. • The moon changes shape but the sun does not. • We need to calculate time and, surprisingly, moon is an illuminating disc (lunar) that changes shape. it divides our calendar into 4 weeks by giving 4 primary shapes. • We need daylight to make a living and darkness to rest and, surprisingly, we find variation in the day light in a cycle of 1 day and daylight dims then turns off to be able to sleep well. . "Nature had to figure out how to make rain a recurrent process. scientific term is water cycle" No, it had not. The process is entirely unguided and simply a result of physics. "Rain water could have been bitter, salty, sour, carbonated etc" Rain water cannot be salty. Salt stays behind when water evaporates. Try less holy books and more physics books. "Water sewerage system comes in whereby the rivers will transport the water to the sea." Gravity. Have you ever heard of &$^#% gravity? "A barrier prevents salty water from mixing with the river water." No such barrier exists. River deltas see a gradual change from fresh to salty. "Archimedes’ buoyancy law facilitates marine transportation." Yes, we are good in using our understanding of natural laws in our favor. "[Newtons law of attraction] prevents the skies from falling." Quite the reverse, actually. The sky cannot fall and the atmosphere would escape into space without gravity. "We need stars to determine directions." Nope. We can do it because we understand how our planet moves, but we have several other methods to determine location and direction that do not involve the stars. "The sun rises and sets but the moon does not." Factually false. The Sun, all planet of the solar system and their moons do rise and set in a predicable pattern when observed from one of said planets or moons. "The moon changes shape but the sun does not." Factually false. The Moon does not change shape at any time, it remains a huge ball of rock. What changes is what part of it is illuminated. "We need to calculate time and, surprisingly, moon is an illuminating disc (lunar) that changes shape. it divides our calendar into 4 weeks by giving 4 primary shapes." We based our calendar on the Moon, not the other way around. "We need daylight to make a living and darkness to rest and, surprisingly, we find variation in the day light in a cycle of 1 day and daylight dims then turns off to be able to sleep well." Life adapted to the existing conditions on the planet, not the other way around. Done, contemplated them. Found them to be full of BS. Still no reason to assume that your favorite holy books are anything more than the ignorant ramblings of primitive savages.

Atheist response: I know a building required a builder because I saw the process of building. Quran response: reflect the process of development from sperm into blood cyst then into a chewy matter then the chewy matter changes into bones then meat covers the bones. The fly design stunned scientists because developing similar biological fly requires advanced technology. Scientists marveled at the fly’s light engines and maneuvering techniques: They said: "from where did it get this creative concept in the first place?!!" Every theist should learn about quantum mechanics. The universe is built upon quantised possibilities. And cause and effect can shift because they way it works sometimes the event becomes before the cause. It’s hard to explain in a comment section- but try and read up upon it. Or fluctuations. The first example is when the wave function breaks down and the second is particle jumping in and out of existence. What we know for sure is the hot and dense state. But you can argue that god is an example of a cause after the event- the human brain. I can explain it but it takes more than a comment section. But as long theists view are this nonsense about nothing ( which doesn’t exist in quantum mechanics. We will hear about it every time a sophisticated theist calls. They avoid quantum mechanics. Because they aren’t able to answer questions regarding quantum mechanics. The universe is quantified so it makes sense that this is the rule it works in. But as you probably know it has no need for a god. A universe is able to create itself like all atoms are in the left side of the box. Etc . We are getting closer and closer to explain way more things as we slowly begin to understand quantum mechanics. A kind of super position of the universe. This is not proven but it is a hypothesis that gains momentum in the physics community. Time will show
@queueceeАй бұрын
The possibilities aren't quantized. The wave function, for example, is continuous. When a system collapses, it collapses into one of the possible different discrete outcomes, such as spin, position, momentum, etc. But the possibilities themselves aren't quantized.

Atheism?

The body of pharaoh of Moses peace be upon him is on display in a museum in Egypt. Discovered in 1881 by Abd el-Rassul. Allah said in the Quran that He will preserve Pharaohs body for the world to see as an example to other tyrants who claim divinity and make many humans suffer. Can the atheists explain how Muhammad peace be upon him had this knowledge 1400 years ago?? Ramesses ll is mentioned in the Quran specifically. Along with the story of Moses. The mummy landed at Le Bourget airport on September 26th 1976, and as the 27 September edition of the New York Times read, "was specially treated by airport staff". The mummy was welcomed by the French Secretary of State, Alice Saunter-Seite. The world media went crazy - the famous Pharaoh was still a celebrity. Journalists described the journey in terms of covering a rock idol's farewell tour. On-site research at the Paris Ethnological Museum not only effectively protected the mummy of Ramses II from the fungus, but also confirmed that he had a very fair complexion and curly red hair. According to Maurice Bucaille, the cause of the pharaoh's death was drowning in the sea. After this discovery, the French doctor, Maurice Bucaille, adopted Islam as a religion, because in the holy book of Islam, the Koran (Surah X Jonah, Ajah 92), God says that the body of the pharaoh who persecuted the prophet Moses would remain as a sign for posterity, which was all the proof needed for the French scientist to understand the truth of Islam. Bucaille is also the author of The Bible, The Qur'an and Science that he wrote following his study of the mummy of the Egyptian pharaoh Ramesses II. It is shameful th at scientists in Paris decided to keep a sample of the mummy's hair without asking for permission and that Egyptian scholars, who accompanied the expedition, did not notice that this had happened until the son of one of the doctors tried to sell it. As soon as Egyptian authorities discovered this, they reclaimed the hair and brought it back to Cairo. The mummy of Pharaoh Ramses II, along with other royal mummies, can be seen at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) in Cairo. The original passport issued by the Egyptian authorities is not available to the public.
