The thing about Chloe is that she's terrified of losing Lucifer again and she only said what she said because they DIDN'T know what it was and she didn't wanna push him into anything and have him freak out and leave. And everything Jed was saying about his relationship with Chloe about being too much of an open book was a lie. He was telling the truth when he said he hadn't screwed things up with Chloe, but everything that followed was a lie and poor Lucifer believed it. And the phone thing, it doesn't matter who's calling. It's supposed to be a callback to Ella saying, "do you ALWAYS answer your phone?" And she said THAT because any time Chloe and Lucifer are kissing or having important conversations, her phone always rings and she ALWAYS answers it. So, it's not about who called. It's about the fact that this time, she FINALLY hit ignore and shut it off.

Girls night at a rave, we're here for this!!! Boys night baby sitting, we're also here for this!!! Maze killed me this episode 😂😂 funniest part was that all along she was chatting with the killer's wife 😂 Charlie digs the devil face 😂 Dan seeing the devil face was such a good moment, it was really well done, and quite a clever move from Michael. That final scene was perfect!

Great reaction! I think the Chloe and Lucifer scene of them making love is one of the best of all shows I ever watched. It was elegant, not vulgar and left space for imagination. They were so in love and afraid at the same time. Awesome.

That's such an apt characterization. This scene felt so different from Chloe's dream sequence in 2x12, but I hadn't figured out what it was.
