Snake for a bullet makes me laugh every time. Poor Danimal goes through it. Don't worry Pete's almost certainly getting worse than a burning downstairs Ella's got a demon, an Angel and The ACTUAL Devil already very protective of her. Once Pete's down he's in for some real treats that's for sure.

I don't think Lucifer's invulnerability is about putting his guard back up. I think it was because when Klumpsky was about to attack Chloe, he couldn't move or speak, so he couldn't help her or at least warn her and I think that was his worst nightmare come true. So, I think his invulnerability is so that never happens again.

The look on your face when God appears... 😆 "God is black!?" Reminds me of a bit in Major League 3. Dennis Haysbert (God) played Pedro Cerrano in all three movies. In his first scene in the third movie, Gus Cantrell (Scott Bakula) had just been knocked out by a foul ball. He was, naturally, a bit disoriented when he regained consciousness. There's a bit of joking, then Pedro says "You know God is black," to which Gus replies "I thought She was white." 😆 Yes, Michael has plans. He's the ultimate schemer. Small spoiler, we're going to see a lot of suffering the rest of the season. In a few episodes we will have a rather funny episode which has already been foreshadowed. There are 8 more episodes (yes, it's a long season), but it's a wild ride.

Characters in shows like this that are introduced like he was and have too good of a personality, usually end up being terrible people. Not saying that's how it is in real life but that's how it work in tv. After a while you just pick up on stuff like that.
