Also, did you take the cowl on and off (while it's running), to test whether the exhaust gasket was leaking? Thanks

I took off the engine cover to allow more fresh air for the carburetor. If you watch it carefully you can see how the motor starts working away better and increase the horse power. Check this video if you want to modified the engine hood and increase the HP. kzbin.info/www/bejne/jpKpqqmmqLmio9E

Wow...Ive always been fascinated with mechanics know how but, marine mechanics are something special...great job....I have the 4 hirse and id like that done to mone so i can use it on my 12 foot jonny boat....would paying someone to donit ne wirth it???

What is it your soaking the parts in?

If the carburetor have varnish build up I'm soaking it in mineral spirits for 12 - 24 h. After this ultrasound with Dawn dish soap with water.
