EVITA i have just discovered your program/EBTV AND YOU SHINE AND ARE APPROPRIATE HOST . TOM CAMPBELL is some one i have followed who made me understand the nature of the double slit experiment and the reality to it.HE is a wonderful person with a great intellect and a marvelous teacher.I wish that i could explain him to other family members in a way without force of any kind ,but at present i dont think that is possible.SO i will try to "FIX"my self first and then it might as he puts it, add some positive to my life,others,and to my consciousness and to the collective . IF TOM CAMPBELL is the calibre of guest on your station ,you are also a truly gifted person.

It's way after this upload but still I need to confess - Tom, my namesake, is totally right in so many too much elongated in his speech matters. Almost all what he says is in my life vivid and working, yet there are very dark clouds above my head. It's not enough to preach, it's not enough to listen to, it's not enough to implement, it's not even enough to yield the crops of your deeds, but the key is to adjust! Be ultimately wise to implement whatever you think you understand.

I am 71 now. Years ago I decided not to get a credit card..not to get into dept..not to buy something I could not afford at the time, not to get get a mortgage etc. If I did not like the job I was in..I moved on. I never chased money..my interests lay, not in the material world..as in wealth, property etc. I love nature..simple things. I believe in what some call God, but not in religion, I have no social media footprint and don't listen to the news and politics. Now here is the funny thing..I do now own a house..I bought outright..i own a car..none of which I actually strived for. I live in the countryside..amongst nature..I like foraging for food...I am a vegitarian, none drinker..I have five dogs and chickens I..chickens for eggs only. None of these i strived for. How it all happened i an still not quite sure. I just seem to have made the right choices along the way. Saying that...I have had my ups and downs as I am sure we all have. It is how you chose to deal with the downs that matter. I have a friend who blames the world for his problems..I look closer to home..I look to myself. I usually go with my gut feeling when making decisions. During my life I have worked in a carnival, been a bum on the road..both of these I chose to do..and enjoyed the experience. Now I am 71..and have more years behind than in front..but you know what...that's OK. When my time comes, I am OK with it. Not that I will have a choice..but I am fine with it. I have had quite an adventure and have few regrets.

@@EvitaOchel One of the main lessons I learned was not to ignore those who are not as lucky as I have been. A helping hand goes a long way. GIving to Charities is great, but a one to one, is more fulfilling..not only for the poor soul on the receiving end..but on the giving end as well. Give from the heart..not the mind. Not for some heavenly reward..or to maye make you feel good about yourself, that comes with the giveng, but just because you want to. The giving does not always have to be financial either, as each situation is different. Sometimes you give of yourself, a kind word, a helping hand, a hug. Nor do you have to go looking for someone to help..they are all around you. Saying that, I am thinking of people who are lonely, living on their own..etc. But in the end, it has to come from the heart.

@@EvitaOchel Evita...life throws some curved balles at you. It is how you deal with them that matters..but you know that. I would like to add to my story to show that my life has been anything but easy..to show that one can overcome anything and get through. Also, life is like a wheel..we will get periods of good and periods of not so good. As I mentioned..I worked on the carnival and took to the road as a bum at an early age. Anyway..my father was a drinker and overly strict. My mother was abusive..she had a cruel nickname for her children. We were never praised or shown love...as I said..I escaped that. Later in life I married..my wife died of cancer at 40, leaving me with three children to bring up...At about the same time I was taking care of my mother in law..she had Parkinson's and dementia...both died about 4 years apart. I did marry again..my present wife has..only three weeks ago we discovered, has a tumour on her spine...making it difficult to walk as she suffers with chronic leg pain...I have a travel agency which, because of this world virus..is suffering. Saying that..I am optimistic for the future. I have the view that what will be, will be..and if I can't change something that is beyond my control, then wait till I can..so why worry. Worrying changes nothing. As I said..it's how you deal with adversity. As far as my business, I know it will work out fine. As far as life..buckle up and enjoy the ride...it's far from boring. 😉

@@EvitaOchel Meditation has been the backbone to my strength and resilience...and my belief a oneness of all life. My belief in a universal conciousness..some call God. I am still on my own journey of discovery. I also believe that we all have our own roads to travel...and that the journey is more Important than the destination. The destination is assured..though it will take some longer than others to get there, and may take many lifetimes, but get there we will. No one will be left behind. I said we take that journey alone..this I believe is true, but sometimes along the way, when we need it, we do get a helping hand.

evita. thomas campbell said that consciousness has intent => free will. rupert spira said - thoughts are appearing in consciousness and even 'the choice making thought' appeares... ...but then it is taken as 'my thought' - my choice. this are two different explanations of people pretending to know how it works. can you explain it to me?
@EvitaOchel
@EvitaOchel 7 жыл бұрын
Hi Gigi, there are indeed many perspectives and explanations provided for what "free will" or "choice" is and how it works. The first thing I always recommend is to start by consulting your own inner guidance system and seeing how you feel about it and how you think it works. Then see if your thoughts and ideas about it are what is mirrored or reflected by your reality. Now, this will only work as well as we are able to tap into it consciously and not based on conditioning of our subconscious mind. The more you develop your mind, the more effectively you will be able to find and live the highest expressions and potential of your own truth. Next, when we look at explanations outside of ourselves, we have to keep in mind that what others express is always a reflection of their truth, and their experiences. Some of this may also be true for us, and if it comes from a well-rounded and truly wise individual it will effectively point us to our truth, but we can never or should never get attached to specific words or concepts or lost in details, as things will never add up perfectly. Look for the similarities and look for the big picture, this is where the best and most valuable answers reside. With regards to consciousness and free will, the answers you hear from others most depend on the perspective of that individual. Tom and Rupert have somewhat different perspectives on the matter, but that doesn't mean that either is wrong. This is why the more we are able to see the big picture, the less we get stuck on any one perspective. Imagine looking at a landscape from the top (aerial view) versus from the land (side view). Do you see how different things will appear? This is the thing to remember whenever you hear any info, on any topic. Look for the big picture, the widest and most encompassing perspective, as part of creating your truth and gaining the broadest and most complete explanation. So if we just use the words of the two teachers you shared, yes the idea of choice is a thought in consciousness but it doesn't negate the potential or ability we have to make choices. This is perfectly illustrated each day by all people; some live with the idea that they have "no choice" when it comes to their lives and some see life as a plethora of choices to make and choose from. Both are right. It is all a matter of perspective again. But which is the more empowering path to take? I think the answer is clear. Rupert is therefore pointing at the obvious and Tom is pointing at the potential we have within the obvious. Hope this helps you bridge these two ideas together and use them most effectively :)

I'm halfway through this interview, have listened to his books and several other yt videos. What Tom's theory is missing the most is empathy and diversity. People cannot be just placed in the two categories fearful=ego=bad and happy=selfless=good. Having fear is often not ego driven, but taught from early existence on. When your parents brainwash you that the world is bad and you are weak and not loveworthy, the world will be a very scary place. The solution to this is not saying 'take responsibility for yourself because you are just a sum of your choices', but to have empathy for the self. It's just not that black or white or that easy. Understanding that the self is NOT responsible to what was happening in childhood is crucial for creating selflove and therefore love in general. That is in its own way a form of taking responsibility, but not blame or guilt. Blaming someone who has been harmed can be very dangerous. This is where Tom lacks empathy. I Understand what he wants to communicate, but it's a message that can be easily misunderstood. Also, it is very hard if not impossible to say to a person with mental health issues 'just be happy and love and care'. Loving and caring for others can be a minefield of problems if not done from the right perspective of the self. The human psychology is much more complex, layered and intertwined with time, people and the Environment. Everybody basically knows, that if you feel and think happy, your life will be more happy. If we all just could switch mindsets into happy-mode, we would. Also the selfreflection to be aware of the own mindset is a luxury that not many people are given. It depends on intellect, upbringing, education, experiences, the environment and access to help or tools for selfreflection. Tom campbell has some very valid and interesting view points and theories, but disregards a few crucial human circumstances, that cannot be fixed as easily as he makes it look like.

I've listened to a lot of Tom's talks, and I went to his symposium in Krakow a few days ago. He actually never says that changing ourselves is easy, in fact he says the opposite. But he encourages us to make a start. He told us not to start with the hardest changes but to pick one of the smaller negative behaviours. For example; getting irate when driving. Then go to the next one and the next and so on, till you get rid of your fears (negative emotions). So yes, it's tough, but we've got to start sometime and we should try to do it now, bit by bit. Good luck.

If we have decided the circumstances of this life before we got here and we are simply just acting it out in linear time how is it that we have any choice or free will has it not all been decided even if by us or our higher sales or our disembodied Soul self. I've already decided thus I cannot decide again that I do not have free will. Just an idea or concept obviously nothing is concrete. What say you to whoever may read this. It be nice if the interviewer and interviewee could answer

Choice changes the outcomes in each moment and the future. As Tom describes, the future is always based on a probability of the choices you make in any given moment. You may have decided that you want to grow or experience in this lifetime a certain aspect of your Soul, yes that has been pre-decided, but how you will do that changes based on the choices you make while in the life experience. Please see his many other lectures where he discusses free will in much detail, like this series: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oXPSZomfq96Yhqc and kzbin.info/www/bejne/hJnGpGeajd6Foqs

I love the topic of Intent, Evita you should read and listen (study) Neville Goddard's teachings they are all about creating the reflection you want to see in life and how to do it... he also talks about the consequences of creating from ego instead of the core-being in a loving way... a few examples, say you want a partner, he says "many women came and wanted "that guy or no guy" he answered "no what you want is to be happily married" but they kept putting their intent in "that guy" and in the end it wasn't that guy at all and the marriage was a disaster... he gives many examples like this ones, and also gives techniques as to how to create with imagination and intent... you'll love him!

@EvitaOchel 7 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and great to hear you are enjoying them. When it comes to reincarnation and soul contracts, you will no doubt get lots of different views of this out there, and unfortunately lots of it completely unsubstantiated. From everything I have experienced and come to know I can say with quite a great degree of certainty that it is we who create the opportunities for reincarnation for ourselves to further the evolution of consciousness. No one is forcing us to be here, no one is pulling our strings. Every person and situation in our lives is crafted and placed in our life in a way for us to have opportunities to make choices that hopefully move us towards love (lower entropy). And so as long as our choices come from fear, hatred, anger, jealousy, separation, etc., we get the chance to keep on trying again, and again, until we come to the big fundamental truth that we are all one, part of the same consciousness and whatever we do to another, we do to ourselves.
@ralphylad
@ralphylad 8 жыл бұрын
My choices, were influenced in part by intent and what I consider was manifestation; those manifestations I truly believe fucked up purposely to teach me a lesson; I got exactly what I wanted but boy did I get a lesson to go along with it. I was broken down to a shadow of my former self. Looking back I would have rather just stuck with what I had. Rule 1 don't piss about with law of attraction; lower your entropy and become love!
@ralphylad
@ralphylad 8 жыл бұрын
My point being there are unseen fundamental forces at work behind the illusion of this reality, most folk would scoff at this ideology through the indoctrination of years of programming from "experts and education", only when you actually feel these forces at play first hand will you fully realise the truth of reality and how it can be manipulated to some extent.

In the Quran Allah the creator said: (Allah doesn’t change how people are unless people change what’s within them) Tom speaks about changing the being from within, this resonates the same message. 35:38. From here, 'you don't like your life, you've made it' See this is where i don't get when people sat at home, safe and warm say this. You can say that all you want but you telling me a 10 year old kid in Syria chose to get their houses blown to smithereens?

Johnny, that is not how the concept of "conscious" choice and life creation works. We don't choose on **this** level of reality, but on the bigger/higher level of reality and our being. Of course from this dimension's perspective (aka our narrow human perspective) no one would choose to be hurt intentionally, but from the soul perspective there are many important lessons to learn and growth to be done thanks to what humans would consider "bad" or "difficult" situations. Judging from your current perspective completely distorts the message that Tom is sharing.

Change. But not just change. But change for changing the world a better place?🇨🇦
@EvitaOchel
@EvitaOchel 2 жыл бұрын
If we aim to create change, its value will be greatly dependent on our intention. These days a lot of people want change but due to selfish intentions are making the world worse off. So even though there are some basic agreements about what a "better world" would look like, most of the change people want today is very self-serving.

consciousness is named after whatever condition it arises dependent on. Consciousness that arises dependent on the eye and forms is just called consciousness based on the eye; consciousness that arises dependent on the ear and sounds is just called consciousness based on the ear; consciousness that arises dependent on the nose and smells is just called consciousness based on the nose; consciousness that arises dependent on the tongue and tastes is just called consciousness based on the tongue; consciousness that arises dependent on the body and tangibles is just called consciousness based on the body; consciousness based on the mind and mental objects is just called consciousness based on the mind.’ This does not give us much scope for thinking that that consciousness can survive without a body, since consciousness exists dependent on the sense-organ. This is the Buddhist view, and everything else seems to be speculation and attachment to beliefs and not based on evidence. Iw ould be interested in you comments Mr Campbell.

What I've come to discover with deepening awareness practice is that i have always at any given point in my life, even ftom childhood, had the capacity to find out immediately what my deepest level of intent/motivation was. I suspect we all do. I learned i had spent years carefully hiding these unflattering motivations within my own mind, but because the psyche is your realm, if you are honest in wanting to discover your true intent, you will definitely uncover it quickly. The next thing is that acting in a manner contrary to your soul's core intent feels utterly terrible, BUT you won't have a frame of reference for feeling in alignment with your purpose until you are actually pursuing it. In other words, you might just feel it is normal to feel awful all the time, until you choose more wisely. Another important thing i discovered that blew me away: everyone already knows your intent at an energetic level, and you know everyone elses. It doesn't mean you can read minds, because this isnt about mental content, but frequency. An awake awareness can't trick itself, and all such awarenesses are actively participating in a shared experience

I think there is no right or wrong choice. There is no good and there is no bad. It just exists. Ignorance is mistaking your body for your Self. And to describe Consciousness in my opinion is simply impossible.

Problem of all of this is: There’s no free will. We don’t choose nothin on our life’s not even our thoughts are our choices they just pop up on our heads, or desires, feelings and ideias are just manifestations of our brain and no control at all by us on any of this. The word that we “choose” are just the worlds that our brains learned thought the years and in that specific moment that we use it just pop up on your heads. If we are in a simulation we are part of the program we are just running as the program said us to run, we are not being controlled cause we ARE the simulation we ARE the program.

Why does he make the things we want into our life like money realitionships and all that sounds like a shitty thing to aim for and have? I believe i deserve and can live and be anything i want trough believing that i have what i want (intent) thats where he matches with neville goddard's teachings

Rose, I am sorry you see it that way, as this is not at all Tom's intention. All of those things are a valid part of this Earthly experience, and Tom helps to teach people how to have an EFFECTIVE life, one where we enjoy good relationships, but are not defined by them, one where we enjoy a certain type of house or car, but are not defined by it. Sure, we can have anything we want, depending on how effective we are at manifesting it into our reality, but the bigger question that needs to be asked at some point is WHY - what is the intention and motivation behind wanting that certain something? If it is due to any fear, like wanting a partner not to be lonely, or if it is only to fuel our Ego and define our sense of worth, then we are working from a high state of entropy and such things will only keep us "happy" for a temporary period of time, but never truly give our life meaning and purpose. This is where Tom directs people to create consciously from a space of real love, not conditional, fear-based or needy love.

All that you say is relatively TRUE for Will and Choice, according to this series. That is misleading - we are all IDC {individual units of consciousness} or IUD {Individual units of Divinity}= Our Higher consciousness, spirit, has many reasons for projecting into matter - to assume our EGO always has power over Spirit is misleading. If a spirit chooses to project into life with a strong INTENT - no Ego Will can completely overpower Spirit's INTENT. OUR egos want to think we are all powerful but it is Wise to learn what out Spirit seeks, attune to that intent if it is positive, and ride the current that is natural. Remember the old song: row, row, row your boat, gently DOWN the stream .... Being in harmony with our higher spirit is often, non Ego based. Stop telling people they can have and be anything they seek - the spirit may disagree.

Instead of quoting yogis how bout quoting Yeshua...If those who lead you say to you the Kingdom is in the sky then the birds of the sky will precede you..if they say the Kingdom is in the sea then the fish of the sea will precede you...rather the Kingdom is inside of you and outside of you...(The Gospel of Thomas) Yeshua didn't come here to create religion, He came here to set us free from it..from all the deception. He came to show us there is no death...death is all about fear ..the truth is death is merely a doorway..all the fear is created by the puppet masters in order to control you, we live in a corrupt system designed by the very same Puppet Masters who took Yeshuas work and turned it upside down ...corrupted it! He was against the religious leaders and the system/ puppet masters of His time...the very ones who have been manipulating mankind for centuries ... with all that being said , Yeshua overcame death to show us the way, not to fear death..to set us free from the program...Tom talks about belief in a negative way, but belief will set you free, believe that all things are possible...believe that we have no limitations. Everything that we think we are is part of the program... The manipulation of our mind since birth..we believe what we have been told to believe, we are defined by our memories, if science told us there was no such thing as gravity...that everything is based off of magnetism, then that is what we would believe is the truth! If this is a virtual reality there is no gravity... everything is based off of electricity, ones and zeros, all part of the program/simulation....just a thought, just my belief!

I believe you crossed the line and u went off too far to the other side with your thinking. It seems you build up a picture from different and twisted ideas. I would recommend You to rethink what You wrote up there because talking about God and Jesus and his purpose on this world and also mentioning so called gospel of Thomas is sort of not consistent to do. I believe You actually got bad idea about stuff based on wrong sources. I say it with love and hope You will find the truth.

The will is only free within what consciousness knows and has experienced. Addiction, for example, is not a choice. If you were introduced to something addictive or have an addictive behavior pattern regarding something normal, did you REALLY make the choice to have an addiction?? Science says otherwise.
