My first EVO and one of funnest nights in my life. I chose to go that year on a whim. I've been playing fighting games since 94' and had no clue there was a community that still loved the games. EVO is an event like no other you will experience. Hype fuels it, and the community makes it thunder. You will never look at a fighting games the same way.

I think it's a custom evo theme. You're more likely to get an accurate answer if you ask the tournament organiser (Evil Mr Wizard) or people in charge of the production.
