Awesome videos as usual. I am running a set of DSM FIC low-z 1800 injectors, can’t get them dialed in at light throttle cruise. I am thinking to upgrade them to high-z 2150s. Why do people delete the mivec?
@scottarvidson85852 жыл бұрын
The exhaust side is the common delete. I did both for reliability. Basically the way it was explained to me is it never knows where it wants to be so it’s rocking back and forth chronically trying to adjust valve timing and under higher Hp eventually that for lack of better term “cam gear or clutch” cracks or fails and when that happens u drop ur valves and take out ur whole motor.
@bdalchemist2 жыл бұрын
@scott That explanation was not given to u by me. What I know is : The cam gears are soft material, when spring pressure is too high the cam gears warp or break. It's more prone on the exhaust side.

Yea bd alchemist did not give me that explanation
