Does this shifter and bushungs smoothen out that 1-2/2-3 crunchy shift?

ill be honest with my Evo being such low mileage I've never felt crunching in the shifter like most people complain about, all I can say is after 3 months of driving everything just feels much tighter and direct so if you're thinking about purchasing the kit I would go for it.

are the gears all centered or is it more towards you. bottom left

They’re all centred, its exactly the same fit as Stock just way more crisp, precise and short 👍🏼

Is it good for the regular Lancer X? (I have a 2.0 diesel)

im not entirely sure, if you have the same 5 speed gearbox thats in the EVO then i would imagaine this will work.
