Old Tougeki was like that. So hype to hear the crowd chant along.

Other then the obviously cracked genei-jin combos, its really impressive how KO (and other top level Yun players back then and today) is so menacing on screen with Yun, and yet so slippery at the same time . The super jumps, the near constant dropkicks at different ranges and directions, its impressive how anyone can play through that. You corner him, he's out of it immediately, he pops genei-jin, he's on you almonst instantly with a SJ. Impressive, Yun is top 2 or top 1 in this game but he is not easy to pilot.

I mean the combos and pressure aren’t nearly as well optimized as they would be today but it’s impressive they were doing this back in 2004 or 2003 I don’t remember

Evo, suggestion for the next tournaments? Is it possible to gather more match vids from the crowd's perspective like this? Nothing against commentary AT ALL, but I realize now, the ambiance of seeing this and imagining yourself among the crowd is hype! I'd love to see how the crowd views the matches this year.

@@FRISSONhandleDaigo didn't see the timer, it's a VHS tape timestamp - this entire match was most likely captured on a camcorder as EVO wasn't nearly as big and capture devices were possibly a novelty back then

In my humble opinion "Street Fighter 3rd Strike"is the only Fighter that needs a Remaster Version for the mondern age. If they the Developers can manage to keep everything the same yet update the graphics and/or framedata/ Bugs. This Game would stand the test of time...
